Hey there! As a fellow "exercise bike" enthusiast, I just had to share my experience with the freebeat Lit Bike. It has truly changed my life and my daily workout routine! The fusion of music and fitness is an absolute game-changer - it keeps me engaged, motivated, and pumped up throughout my entire workout. And let's not forget the sleek and chic design that adds a touch of style to my home gym!
@@Learnwithtravis is it not weird that all the Lit Bike reviews are so similar in style? i.e. "As a xxx user, ... ithas truly changed my life...fusion of music and rhythm"?
Honestly, I don't watch other reviews so not sure. I am always worried that if I watch others, I might unintentionally start to create like others instead of my own style. Sometimes companies provide speaking points that they feel really express the brand in the way they want, so maybe this is happening here.... (I have no idea if that is what is really going on).
Another option for people would be to buy used. You could get a used peloton where I love for around 800-1000. That’s pretty budget friendly and high quality.
I love my Renpho! I just wish they’d update the app a bit to add more content. My favorite feature are the power courses.. but there aren’t many to choose from.
I like NordicTrack better. The bikes incline and they have a fan. Also outdoor iFIT workouts are the best. You always learn something about the place the coach is riding on. Peloton is great for people who need constant motivation and reassurance that they are doing a great job, even when they are not. That doesn’t work for me. It actually turns me off and for that reason I stay away from Peloton.
That is why I love that we have options. The experience between the two is very different and most love one and hate the other. I am more of a scenic ride person as well and I love it when they include history about the location into the ride.
@@Learnwithtravis Oh yes. It’s relaxing and you leave with a good workout and more knowledge about some really interesting places. Doing the Bhutan rides now. It’s beautiful.
I was looking into getting the freebeats but the screen looks cheap and the bike not sturdy enough ..that plus I'd like to use peloton membership. Is it worth it? The design is beautiful just the materials don't.
I actually thought the bike quality and build quality of Freebeat was really good. But if you already know you want Peloton content, I would go with the Peloton. This is the one area Peloton wins over Freebeat hands down (content). So if you are already leaning towards Peloton content, you might as well go that route. The price between Freebeat and Peloton are not too far off last I checked. As far as Freebeat, they win over Peloton in gamified scoring, monthly subscription cost, and bike cost.
I have to agree that Peloton just keeps on improving. I have the bike plus, and although it's the top end bike, I find it fantastic value. I've exercised for many years now, and I can honestly say that since getting my bike in May, I have gotten consistently fitter. I've lost almost 2 and a half stone! I've not seen consistent weight loss like this since I was 10 years younger. I have subsequently bought the Tread and Guide. I feel like I have access to amazing and well-rounded options. I am truly grateful that I have these pieces of equipment and access to a simply amazing platform. Nice video 🙂
Same! I got also bought the tread and guide after using the bike plus for a while. The content is unmatched, in my opinion. I went from 180 lbs to 117 lbs in a year and working out is no longer a chore.
I need a bike that works for a shorter person. Most of these I’ve found so far are for 5 foot or taller people. I need one for 4’11”. Maybe 4’10” for fudge value. Any suggestions? I don’t care about subscription programs. Those are a minus usually. Rather find something on youtube.
If you are looking for regular exercise bikes that do not offer screens, I would look through the Sunny options. They have so many models and generally work really well. I have to imagine they have some good options for shorter people.
I've had the Renpho for roughly a year now. It works exactly like you said it does. It's for those who don't mind the sit and spin motion. There is no momentum which definitely takes getting used to. But it's a high value bike for the right person.
I don't think I have tested that one, but those are no frills but solid bikes. I have tested comparable options and they still had good resistance and overall solid bike. Sometimes they lack really challenging resistance but as long as you don't need that, you should be fine. Generally, a good option if you want a bike without those bells and whistles at a good price point. Can also easily add your own tablet and do things your way.
Do you know why nobody ever reviews the "Spinning" brand bikes even though the overwhelming majority of spin classes use them? I see them used online for decent prices but there are no reviews to judge what kind of quality and resistance they have. Have you ever used the Spinner Chrono or similar Spinner bike? What did you think?
I believe this is because they are considered commercial bikes meant to take a beating from many people every day. Not something most people consider when there are lower priced but still very high-quality options. I have not tested them, so I do not have any feedback on this one.
For the peloton, can you still use the RUclips, Netflix, and other apps without their membership just with your home Wi-Fi??? I don’t think he was that clear on that… anyone who owns it can let me know? Thank you in advance
So, treadmills are one area that I have not done a lot of testing, so I don't have great feedback. But Renpho did send me theirs. If you are interested in a budget friendly option, that has some connected fitness, and does fold up very well... they are worth considering. My whole family uses ours and really enjoys it. ruclips.net/video/T2xm72912pI/видео.html Good luck finding the right option for you!
Do not buy a bowflex bike, the box was destroyed when i got it. They wouldnt let us send it back and said they would replace any broken parts. The bolts to put it together were missing and the still will not send me them. Its still just sitting in pieces. I wish i would have gotten ANY OTHER BIKE besides this hunk of crap made by crappy people.
Thanks for sharing this overview. I like the Stryde but it's not available in The Netherlands. Which one of these are?
Glad to help! I am in the US and honestly not sure which ones are sold where. Wish I had an easy way to know but I don't.

Pretty much only had one budget option.
Cause budget is usually poor value. And the Renpho is about as budget as it gets, anything you buy for under $450 is trash.
Another option for people would be to buy used. You could get a used peloton where I love for around 800-1000. That’s pretty budget friendly and high quality.
Very true!

@CL amazing, well done. Peloton really is the best, isn't it. I love everything about it 😍
Thank you so much Rachel! Good point on the Bike Plus still being good value if factor in all you get from it. Congrats on your success!
Those are some great results! Congrats!
@@Learnwithtravis thank you 😊

Completely agree and glad it is working out well!
what about the yesoul g1m bike?
I will see if I can get my hands on it. :)
Pls what do you think about the yesoul s3?

is the stryde really the only one that just has an open android screen that you can access other apps
That I know of

No, you can not. But, I believe there is a device that unlocks that functionality. Have not tested it but might be worth a look.
Thanks Travis! I say this a lot…great channel and content! Happy Holidays 🎉😁
Thank you KD! Happy holidays to you as well!!!
What about Smart trainers like Wahoo Kickr? Zwift looks really cool and fun
I have not got to those models although I would like to test them. I enjoyed the smart trainer Zwift experience way more than I thought I would.
Hey Travis,
I'm looking for a foldable treadmill. Do you have any suggestions or have you made a video on them that I could check out?

how about just a bike, I don't care one bit about service or subscription
Sunny has a ton of options that most people seem to be very happy with.

Nothing about adjustability or drivetrain? 👎
I can’t cover every detail when I discuss multiple bikes in one video, it that is why I have individual reviews to get more information. 👍
