How the fuck is it encouraged by filming? They would probably have done worse if it wasn’t filmed, victor would have been jumped if it weren’t for filming.
Buska if there's anymore footage of that hmm who done that to MY OUR BROTHER Victorious Victor with a full frontal view of him pls let me know or if he's a regular at the park ok seriously pls let me know thanks in advance
Stop calling them officer it’s not allowed, only armed forces can be called officer.. their constables.. butt hurt isn’t a reason to send someone out of a royal park
I looked up online, and according to Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations, 1997 under "Acts in a Park for which written permission is required " you have these clauses: (10) use any apparatus for the transmission, reception, reproduction, or amplification of sound, speech, or images (18) take photographs of still or moving subjects for the purpose of or in connection with a business, trade, profession or employment or any activity carried on by a body of persons, whether corporate or unincorporate;
10 doesn't refer to taking photographs, it's for things like playing music/video, and 18 is for photos taken for a commercial purposes. There was more spine in a wet lettuce than that copper
@@HoratioChinn Let us not fool ourselves, point 18 gives them a blank cheque to frame you however they please and we all know how good they are at that. "corporate or unincorporate" can be anything and everything.
You should be ashamed. Hurting the copper's feeling calling him an idiot 😀 The number of coppers who think they are a law unto themselves regarding their bodycams is a joke.
What is it with these people he rocks up with his own camera running and says you can't film him!, what a berk!. Then when you did not instantly obey the tyrant's command he started to walk away, he heard you cll him an idiot and in flagrant breach of their own rules to tolerate abuse from the public spun in for another go!, compound idiocy!. I like the 'incident encouraged by filming!', is he saying the nothing happened before the filming started?. In one respect he is correct however, seeing this I am sorely tempted to grab a camera go down there and see if I can set him off again, best laugh I've had so far today!, and if you hadn't filmed this I would never have known about it.. Did you deliberately end the video with him saying 'if you apologise to me you can stay!', what an absolute clown. Cheers, Richard.
What a pathetic apology of a human being, a law enforcer getting upset because somebody called him an idiot. I could think of several other words that would describe him. Sad sack.
It doesn't make a difference if someone uses "swearwords" or not. What matters is whether the context of what you said was abusive, threatening or insulting in nature.
I thought that the police can't be offended from what I have seen watching auditors. It's part of the law because we don't have feelings police like they try to enforce just what the law is
Hi Peter, obviously police officers are just as easily upset and offended as any of us, the point is thatr they are specifically not entitled to act upon their feelings in any way at any time, only ever act or proper physical evidence or verifiable claims. Cheers, Richard.
Hi MVT55, thank you for what is to me a new expression, one which I will use at every opportunity from now on, 'cop-waffle', I do hope it makes its way into the Oxford Dictionary. Cheers, Richard.

Y'all need a Magna Carta 2.0 to once again protect The Public from The Crown.
Using his perceived authority because he felt that you insulted him🐽 don't think that would fly in court...
Exactly what I was thinking if eneything the judge would make the officer the mockery for wasting the judges time
Can pigs fly ???
FTP is flim the police.
Thank you auditors for exposing those paranoid psycho thugs to the public to see who they are,
apologize and you can stay. That cop is absolutely delusional
they're not all bad. Don't let a few bad individuals spoil the work of other hard working committed officers
Yep, the use of the word Idiot is appropriate in this instance. How can photojournalism be the cause of the incidents?
ego ego ego
Who started the entire incident between the police and the film maker ?... The cop could have just walked away but his ego wouldn't let him
The WPC doesn’t know what constitutes a swear word either, don’t tell her what an expletive is, that might confuse her totally.

If I tells you to leave he can't make his own rules that is called tyranny.
