- Valencia lies on Spain’s southeastern coast. As a port city at the Mediterranean Sea, Valencia is known for its City of Arts and Sciences which we will visit at the end on this walk: • Walking in VALENCIA / ...
On this evening walking tour we are seeing the centre of Valencia with the cathedral. We start our walk Plaza de la Virgen and first go to the Saint Mary's Cathedral (or Valencia Cathedral).
From the Plaça de la Reina we head west to pass the Santa Catalina church. There are impressive buildings like the Palace of the Marqués de Dos Aguas. We continue to see the area and even the Estación del Norte train station.
From there we return to our starting point and end this evening tour at the Plaça de la Reina in front of the cathedral.

Thanks for sharing. Some time ago I spent a few days there. Valencia seemed to me a very beautiful city full of art, architecture and a great atmosphere. Very unknown and very underrated that city, is worth a visit!!! I still remember the shots of Agua de Valencia, a kind of sangria.. mmm, delicious!!!

Thank you! I'm happy to hear that as it is the least work and most fun. 😎 I'm currently working on other projects while still publishing 2-3 of such videos per week. Still, at some point I hope to make edited versions of these walking videos with a bit more info on display or narration - normal tourist guide style. It may come here or to another channel. When Sevilla?
Sevilla will have to wait. I managed to only go from Valencia to Marbella by 2nd of March when I stopped and went home due to the developments. From southern Spain further videos of Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Almeria, Granada, Malaga and Marbella will come. I sometimes recorded several per place so it will be one video of Spain every 3 weeks for a while. Maybe I make a video of my Sevilla photos from another trip in 2017. We'll see. Thanks for watching!

The walks show cities in an un-edited way. Some audience enjoy the original city sounds and sights without talking - especially now at home as social and physical distancing is so important. The video was taken in February and I'll post videos I took over the past year here while no travel is possible or advisable - also stated in yesterday's community post

Thank you! Yes, the people see the camera, most don't care and most seem happy and a bit wondering as the microphone looks like a bit ball of fur. I still try to keep people out of the picture due to privacy concerns. It is a lot of work to blur faces when I happen to walk past private or tricky situations (as in Berlin, Pattaya videos...) . I've even had people waving to the camera even when not pointing at them. I'm happy about that though I want to show the city in a respectful way and simply have to have people play a minor or no role at all in the video. Your english is good, BTW! Thanks for watching!
