I had Noah and Kenny right. I didn't see Fred getting in and never thought for a second that Christian would not.

@@TAM.w39 You never saw me say Fred was no good. I didn't pick Fred because of all of the distractions he had going on and because he hadn't put down a sub 10 in quite awhile prior to this meet. Hopefully this performance is a sign that he has gotten his house in order and has finally put all of the drama behind him. BTW, 2 years in track and field is a long time.
I said if coleman last ten meters wasn't right he wasn't making the team. Really the big difference is kenny bednarek ran the 100 had he not run coleman makes the team.

Jamaican people needs to turn out in their numbers and support their athletes because when you look around the national stadium it's close to empty... And should be for all track events our athletes needs our support.

I have no problem with the american sprinters both male and female having the favourite tag for the 100m in Paris-it's better for the JAMcan sprinters to be underdogs. No medal is guaranteed for anyone just like what ELAINE-THOMPSON-HERAH experienced in the 2017 WC.

The grate Glen Mills gonna make sure he gets Oblique up to running 9.7 come trial and the Olympic..
Not to mention Kishane Thompson a potential 9.7 sprinter who’s pb is 9.85 and he did it while he was injured..

The US Trials is NOT the Olympic Final-you are aware that SEVILLE beat LYles comfortable in JAMAICA with a faster time. And there is KASHANE THOMPSON-keep in touch with the JAM Nat Trials starting Thurs this week (27/6/24).
That will be a hard but to crack...Many athletes are throwing their weights into the conversation

Noah Lyles character sucks, he's a fine sprinter, but his personality comes off as taunting. He also talk too much and don't know what he's talking about.
I am not surprised about Coleman, but thought he would get 3rd instead of Fred. Coleman has no top end speed. He is a 60m runner. I do not think he will run 9.76 again and he will not win another championship. In 2019, he faced very little competition except for Gatlin.
As for Noah, he seems to have peaked at 9.83. Clearly, Seville has this in the bag as long as he executes an excellent race similar to RGP.

At least 3 of them ran 9.8 when they were 22 years old last year today they are 23 and very fast, Noah Lyles ran into one of them a few weeks ago and it didn’t end well for, Noah knows what he is up against..
