The characters we see once more is because it’s a different universe there’s going to be a double you or an alternate version of the character so it’s apart of they’re realm overall i watched all the video this was really entertaining :)
Applebloom, Maud, and Zecora (ponies) go through a mirror that takes them to the human world (the Equestria Girl universe). The mirror is a pathway that's explained in the EG movie. Sunset Shimmer is originally from the EG universe, but the other ponies have human equivalents that they run into. (Also shown in the movie, iirc Twilight meets her human counterpart) The ponies becomes humans and the humans become ponies depending on which universe they move to. Which is why there are two Appleblooms and there are alive ponies that we saw infected in the MLP universe
If you want something way more messed up look at My Little Rarity. Might be more your style, but the start is really fetishy, the story gets better after all that
