as of today may 26th 2024, i can confirm this still works. just did it on xbox series. i brought 1 level 45 ashta into town and it killed 6 guards before it dropped the uniform. idk if it means anything,but the ashta 1 hit killed all the guards except the one that actually dropped the uniform,it took about 3 hits to kill him. hope this helps :) and thanks for the video !!

Found another way. Go into neon security in neon city, go upstairs and in 2nd locker theres a uniform. Use that

You get it during the free star Rangers quest line where are you infiltrate a old mech factory also on akila.
I’m doing what you’re doing but all the dumb ass ashta stand still and let all the guards damage them.
