Off to the side would seem to make sense. Do anyone have like an Icon A5 waterplane? would seem pretty obvious there. Take off right from your house and fly to Nassau or Havana and get a Cuba Libre. Or is that frowned upon.

Jason, This is the lowest quality house you have shown us in a long, long time. For the price, I would have expected you to be pointing out the amazing embellishments, features, textures and materials that clad the walls inside and out. The only thing that broke the white monotony on the outside was the rust marks and the water stains on the walls. The inside walls were not much better; and lacking in warmth and interesting visual features/textures. The place looks like what a dorm-full of spring-breakers might rent through Airbnb! I usually say to myself, “if ever I decide to leave New York and go to South Florida, I will contact Jason because he has excellent taste.” I think you sold out for this house. Sorry…
