The commercial street turns into a haunted house; The boss loses more than 100,000 US dollars

The shopping mall store bought for more than 100,000 US dollars can no longer be rented out, and all the money has been wasted. It's dark here, like a haunted house. The worst thing is that the shops bought at high prices are now closed, but the loans remain. The bank doesn't care whether your store is open and making money. If you take a loan and can’t repay it, the bank will sue you. So don't invest in these shopping malls.

yeah sure, i mean its like America and EU cared when they were the sole monopoly in the world and dominated global gdp nearly 64% during the 20th century and literally had no competition and the world's resources, from asia to south america and middle east and africa were at their disposal and ripe for the taking, and abundance of cheap and slave labour and literally the entire world was their plantation, and the people were living high on the hog and the maple syrup not knowing the source of their incredible wealth and living standards during the 50s,60s 70s 80s were coming from.....
      boohoo cry me a river...
things arent that simple now ay? when there is so much competition during the 21st century so many countries have made so much progress and US and EU share of global gdp is now barely even 35%. soon to be 25% by the end of this decade or next.....
oh by the way China has the largest stockpile of not only oil but rice and corn and grain in the world, nearly 50% of all rice corn and grain in existence in the world from global production is sitting in China in silos......dont u worry.....
think that far ahead, china literally plans her economy in 5 year blocks ,10,15 years in advance, she already identified all her weaknesses that needed to be covered back in the 2010s thats why she is in such a strong position today.
my god, u have no idea when it comes to making plans how much east asians plan......
of course nobody can forsee everything, even the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry....
thats why USA and europe is suffering the consequences of the ukraine war now lol.....the biggest faux pas US has ever made in recent decades.....opening the pandoras box of unforseen consequences.....geopolitical and economic.....isnt it incredible in her strange and crazy desire to destroy russia, planning this all the way from the fall of the ussr to 2014? rejecting russia from joinging nato and ostracising her for god knows what reason......now there is no chance of russia ever being "friends" of america or europe again......and u have split the world into two geopolitical.....half the worlds population from now on will be working night and day on america's downfall.
imagine if all usa did was extend a genuine hand of friendship and stopped antagonising the world from eastern europe to middle east to south america and asia......

When the economy is down, landlords and shoplot owners shud at least reduce the rental to allow business to continue. When nobody can afford to rent, your shoplots will not generate any income, too. Maybe their mentality that there will always be renters will come to an end. Hope they realize it is their greed that will lead them to their downfall.

Part of the problem is their state-run media is tightly controlled. The official line is that the economy is growing and everyone is being successful opening small businesses because the CCP doesn't want to tell the truth, and so people run out to start businesses and end up throwing good money after bad.

There have been more than six recessions in the past, but the Chinese Communist Party has weathered them by ignoring bad debts and continuing to inject funds into state-owned enterprises, but this recession is different from the previous ones. In the last decade, the amount of paper money issued has been 25 times that of the United States, and China has expanded rapidly and prospered, but now the reverse asset decline has begun. This bubble will continue to collapse for another 30 years, and housing prices will fall to less than 1/10 of what they were, and most local governments and banks will go bankrupt. Unemployment will be over 65%, and even employed people will have salaries of less than 1/5, and people will have to think about how to live in a world where the daily wage is $2.

Students with no job could maybe work together and start to produce cheap food and housing for themselves. Maybe they all have become individualistic and think that if they just ask some big company for a well-paid pleasant office job, then that company has to give it to them. Maybe those days are over. Remember that a company is nothing more than a group of people working together making something that other people are willing to pay for because of need or desire.

The more I hear about shopping streets being empty of shoppers, the more I think that depopulation is a major problem. It seems that it's not so much that people are just window shopping or that they're spending a slender fraction of what they used to spend, it's that there aren't any people around at all. That's what depopulation looks like. We know that the CCP refuses to be forthright about how many people have died of COVID, and it seems to be at the point where it doesn't want to know. I've seen commenters say, "Well, there are too many people anyway, having a lower population won't hurt China." Well, this is what depopulation looks like, folks. There's nobody to conduct economic activity, and the people left are going to suffer.

    • @user-xn2gr8me2u

I don't think that's the right order. This is more caused by several factors such as a bad economy, bad government, etc. This creates an uninhabitable environment, resulting in depopulation. Take for example deserts in nature, living creatures in them tend to be fewer because resources are scarce.

What you say is an ideal environment. The problem is that in China there is a mindset that says "if you don't take the job, someone will." Therefore, even though companies continue to lower wages, there are still many people taking these jobs. This also explains the poor living conditions there. Worse yet, people cannot protest and the government and the law side with the company.

@@user-xn2gr8me2u No, your assessment is partially flawed. You are right about employers offering lower wages for positions, and they continued to be filled. However, that is essentially the free market system... your worth is based on how much someone is willing to pay for your labor. The poor living conditions are likely multi-fold, of which, people are getting degrees that no one values, and thus the low pay. It is combined with the unrealistic expectations established by social media 24/7. Many people under 40 have a hard time understanding that social media is like watching a cartoon... it's completely and utter fake and made up. In addition, what they don't realize is that prob 98% of social media content is to both depress and oppress the viewer... when was the last time you saw a viral positive news story?

    • @user-xn2gr8me2u
      @user-xn2gr8me2u Месяц назад

@@fialee8 CMIIW. Yes, you can lower your wages which will then contribute to lower product prices in the free market, but that is not the goal of the free market. Isn't the goal of the free market actually to balance market prices? For example: if several people in an area sell the same product, for example apples, this means they cannot sell at a higher price than the market price because their competitors will sell at a lower price or within the market price range. The goal of a free market also to stimulates innovation and creativity which is the added value of products. It is the opposite of monopoly. Example for the case above, maybe people could make sweeter apples, etc.
If someone sells at a loss or cheats/scams, it means they are unable to compete because they lack innovation and creativity (this explains the phenomenon of copycat "made in China" products).
In my opinion, China is not a free market because there is a lot of government intervention. I believe the Chinese government is siding with corporations and not listening to individual voices or the voice of the common people. Therefore, companies continue to oppress society by lowering wages and the government turns a blind eye until this leads to the current situation, a place that is uninhabitable for the commons.
It's harder to fix a money-oriented mindset there.
You can also take the example of giant gaming companies in America, there are original American companies such as Electronic Arts, Blizzards, etc. But because the US is a free market, if these giant companies slack off or lack innovation in their games, other companies like Nintendo or Capcom can take over. Even in America, you can be a successful indie developer.
Meanwhile in China all these things are impossible, and even more impossible for individual to be successful.
I hope you understand and excuse my long rambling LOL
