I think Atsushi is a little outclassed here in terms of scaling but they all actually do share the trait of being able to heal most wounds pretty easily, focus primarily on physical power in a world with haxes and various systems Although i wouldn't count Sukuna as Yuji's transformation, I think these three characters work better as "When monsters in human form clash" with the direction of jjk and Yuji doing yk what, Denji being a half devil and Atsushi's tiger

The thing is that he kills the very concept of whatever he wants to kill. It is not dying perse, since death can be reversible, he straight up destroys the concept of the existence of whatever he targets. You can say that Yogiri needs to have his 3rd gate open to win since that's how he defeated Mitsuki and there can be a similar power on Najimi's arsenal that impedes her being destroyed without side effects. In that case, Yogiri would just need to destroy the concept of minuses and pluses, destroy her magical abilities, or outright destroy the concept of her existence without affecting anything else, which in 3rd gate form he can do it easily. Once that is destroyed, there is no going back, since no level of regen or resurgence can counter Yogiri's end ability. Once your true form is targeted, you cease to exist, happened to UEG. If Najimi attacks first before Yogiri can open his 3rd gate though, she would just straight up die due to his counter and maybe destroy all of existence along with her, which would kind of make it a tie. So its essentially either a tie or Yogiri wins.

that is the problem of that strong of characters. How can you write a story around them, if they are already this strong. they dont 'fight' against most characters(that is not main character) because they know they already won before the fight even begins. and when they do fight, they fight as trickster, dodging attacks until they find that one ability/trick/item/weapon that works on the targets specific weakness and use it onto them before their opponent does the same to you. and when they fight against main character, the main character somehow either already have that one specific weakness on hand, finds/realizes it during the fight, or in some cases, finds a counter-attack that bypasses the strengths and defenses of OP done OP characters like Inverted Spear of Heavens bypassing Satoru Gojo's Limitless creating the illusion of infinite space between himself and the target object.

Also, most of the destruction caused by their fights was gone in the next day, very few things remained damaged, which showed that their fight wasn't as destructive as it seemed to be. And if you consider the fact that the final boss had no ability whatsoever and just "ignored" any ability thrown at him, being defeated with martial arts only, also reinforces the chuuni aspect. Of course, it was never directly answered if they were all chuuni or not, so it could be the case that their abilities were genuine, but I don't think that's it...

And I don't remember that the characters ever actually destroyed so much, so maybe it's not that they just imagined the destruction, the destruction was real and it just wasn't so big. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that it would be strange if skills really never actually existed and they all were just crazy people, including the adults (Shiranui, the old man, saw All Fiction in action and he didn't consider it just a fantasy, he really felt it. Or was it Kumagawa imagining it? I'm not sure, it would mean that what Shiranui was showed to been thinking in that moment was false and maybe other things of this serie would become false by following this logic and I'm not sure that it's correct), imagining anything. Pretty much, though it's strictly because ilhiko had 3 "abilities" which made him an invincible hard counter to pretty much the whole verse and ajimu in particular. First is his skill negation which renders ajimu's abilities worthless so long as he views them as non-threatening so anything not a physical attack is deemed worthless. Second is permanent destruction which makes any damage he deals irreversible regardless of time travel or regeneration so as to permanently weaken any attack used against him so that it will never deal damage to anything ever again so a Kamehameha for example will only ever deal damage once and never again. Lastly he had the "protagonist buff " and would always BS a win regardless of what ajimu plans as the world itself will always seek to make ilhiko win regardless think making the power of friendship an actual plot point.

You can say that Yogiri needs to have his 3rd gate open to win since that's how he defeated Mitsuki and there can be a similar power on Najimi's arsenal that impedes her being destroyed without side effects. In that case, Yogiri would just need to destroy the concept of minuses and pluses, destroy her magical abilities, or outright destroy the concept of her existence without affecting anything else, which in 3rd gate form he can do it easily. Once that is destroyed, there is no going back, since no level of regen or resurgence can counter Yogiri's end ability. Once your true form is targeted, you cease to exist, happened to UEG. If Najimi attacks first before Yogiri can open his 3rd gate though, she would just straight up die due to his counter and maybe destroy all of existence along with her, which would kind of make it a tie. So its essentially either a tie or Yogiri wins.

How can you write a story around them, if they are already this strong. they dont 'fight' against most characters(that is not main character) because they know they already won before the fight even begins. and when they do fight, they fight as trickster, dodging attacks until they find that one ability/trick/item/weapon that works on the targets specific weakness and use it onto them before their opponent does the same to you. and when they fight against main character, the main character somehow either already have that one specific weakness on hand, finds/realizes it during the fight, or in some cases, finds a counter-attack that bypasses the strengths and defenses of OP done OP characters like Inverted Spear of Heavens bypassing Satoru Gojo's Limitless creating the illusion of infinite space between himself and the target object.

Also, most of the destruction caused by their fights was gone in the next day, very few things remained damaged, which showed that their fight wasn't as destructive as it seemed to be. And if you consider the fact that the final boss had no ability whatsoever and just "ignored" any ability thrown at him, being defeated with martial arts only, also reinforces the chuuni aspect. Of course, it was never directly answered if they were all chuuni or not, so it could be the case that their abilities were genuine, but I don't think that's it...

Oudo gave orders and he just imagined others following them? People just imagined their wounds being re-opened by Scar Dead? Etc. I vaguely remember that Zenkichi's mother had the skill Mother's Task, was her skill particular, since she had it as an adult? It was the skill to do mother things, right? So, some skills appear when the characters are adults, or am I wrong? Styles were special martial arts not possible in real life, theoretically, so were they the only true existing abilities? And I don't remember that the characters ever actually destroyed so much, so maybe it's not that they just imagined the destruction, the destruction was real and it just wasn't so big. They destroyed some buildings, they probably got repaired and since it wasn't important, it wasn't showed. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that it would be strange if skills really never actually existed and they all were just crazy people, including the adults (Shiranui, the old man, saw All Fiction in action and he didn't consider it just a fantasy, he really felt it. Or was it Kumagawa imagining it? I'm not sure, it would mean that what Shiranui was showed to been thinking in that moment was false and maybe other things of this serie would become false by following this logic and I'm not sure that it's correct), imagining anything. Zenkichi saw and felt skills even when he was a Normal, so not a Chuunibyou since he didn't have skills, unless, again, the others just imagined it, but, like I already wrote, it would really be strange in my opinion, so I think that it was just a metaphor and they actually had those skills. At the end, Zenkichi said that Hansode and Youka didn't lose their skills, while he did, so theoretically he stopped being a Chuunibyou, then why is he still seeing their skills?

Pretty much, though it's strictly because ilhiko had 3 "abilities" which made him an invincible hard counter to pretty much the whole verse and ajimu in particular.
First is his skill negation which renders ajimu's abilities worthless so long as he views them as non-threatening so anything not a physical attack is deemed worthless.
Second is permanent destruction which makes any damage he deals irreversible regardless of time travel or regeneration so as to permanently weaken any attack used against him so that it will never deal damage to anything ever again so a Kamehameha for example will only ever deal damage once and never again.
Lastly he had the "protagonist buff " and would always BS a win regardless of what ajimu plans as the world itself will always seek to make ilhiko win regardless think making the power of friendship an actual plot point.
