Also, don't have a reentry I have not left the US since I came in (EWI). so my question to you is how do you prove the agent that you have had been having daca and didn't let yourself accrue unlawful prensen. TIA and im sorry if the route you took was the waiver (601a)

Hey Fernanda! I have my appointment in May and came across your video. Very helpful! I have a question, were you required to have a waiver? I’ve had DACA since I was 17 and was told I don’t need the waiver because of that.
Also, any chance you can talk more about your travel? I want to fly to El Paso and take a cab to Juarez, not sure where I find a safe cab there. Also, when you left, did you take a cab through the border? That sounds expensive with the wait time at the border.

@@Fernandabuenn yes my wife did. My wife got approved!! She had a question that I was worried about. So there was a point in time 2yrs ago when Daca renewals weren’t being given out because the trump administration had put a hold to those renewals. My wife’s Daca had expired around that time. Luckily, it was only 2 months without it. That’s also the reason why I had asked if you had to get that waiver. After reading, the waiver is only needed for those who’ve stayed in the US without Daca for 180 continuous days at any point, after the age of 18. My wife made that comment after being asked about the 2 month gap, APPROVED!

Unfortunately he couldn’t get his passport in time to come with me to Juarez so I went with my dad, but nobody can go inside the building with you unless they have an appointment. They have to wait outside. So if you’re the only one getting a visa only you can go in. Your husband will have to wait outside.
