    So I've been watching your videos and come to a conclusion that you're basically a homemaker to 4 young children. That's tougher than tough! Even real moms don't work as diligent and meticulous as you. Kudos to the max, Girlie. You're such a huge inspiration to me.

    You are basically doing the job of most mothers, but you are getting payed for it as a full time job, rather than doing the work for free along side a paying job.
    Makes me appreciate the work of mothers so much more

    Tips from the Mexican aunt…soak your lettuce in cold water and salt to disinfect for 10-15 min. Many workers getting paid minimal in the US and just pee in the fields where they’re picking. Gross but, that’s what happens. My family used to work in the fields and told me that’s what many did

    I started babysitting recently, so I'm new to this industry. Should the pay be considerably higher if you are a "house manager" vs "babysitter with light house duties? say you do babysitting, keep kitchen clean, empty dishwasher, vs doing all that and plus cleaning floors, driving kids everywhere, cleaning bathrooms etc..not sure how to rate my services

    • @EstherPerepechkin
      @EstherPerepechkin  2 года назад +2

      Not sure if you’re located in the US… but if your a household manager you should be at least paid $22+ an hour.

      It totally depends on the family. I've worked for families that were a dream, and others not so much. If you don't feel comfortable or don't like it, just quit and don't feel bad about it. There are great families out there!
      Hope all is well with you if you did decide to pursue nannying!

    just watched a few videos of you and saw that you are since a long time with the same family. I just considered applying to a nanny jobs and wondered, do you ever get bored of always having to clean the same over and over again and same tasks? Thanks a lot for sharing some insights :))

    • @EstherPerepechkin
      @EstherPerepechkin  Год назад

      A lot of what I do is repetitive. I’d say I usually don’t get bored of it. Some tasks aren’t my favourite but my love for the job over powers any daunting tasks!😅♥️
