Bro in the video wondering why they couldn't have practiced these at least once beforehand xD. Seems like good drills though
Great thanks
perfect vid and explanation
Been saying this for 20 years, Bring back north-south/downhill handles!.
Also, work on expanding your circumference. You should be able to control the space a full arms length in any direction and when you get good you add a half lunge to that distance. On 3 levels, High (shoulder level), medium (waist level), low (knee level).
man where was this 2 years ago this is the truth
Great video!
Hola from Chile !!!!
Great Video !!!
I am trying to improve my son's accuracy at FULL SPEED (being chased down) layups.
So I think can use similar approach to ensure his training is as game like as possible. Any hints would be welcome...but not expected ;o))
How do u do crossovers while keeping ur fast body up
Nice vid… excellent stuff right here
Glad you enjoyed it
can’t wait for more vids
They’re on the way!!!
Yes but no problem at all with a stationary ball handling warm up
Great video 🤙🏼
Appreciate it!
The good drill is app is always great to use

I love the tips. Do you have a way of simulating the pressure of the defender if you are training solo?
visualization
If ur a good defender u get the ball more and u become confident and u know what to expect on how people guard you
Offense has a lot of things its memorization coordination core strength how tired u are open layups u could miss fadeaway spin etc
This is me how did yk
I swur if this video don't raise my confidence...
U gotta do the drills. They will work
I don't have anyone to do it with so then wht do I do 😭
I don’t think you got to do this with anybody, it just makes it harder, for the last drill you could try using imagination
