It is up to you if you want to slave it up or dump it and live your dreams whilst you still have time. I do not pity those people slaving it up when they do not have to. Obviously money is important to you but remember no amount of money can buy you health and time in life. I gave up slaving a few years ago and do not regret or feel guilty about it. I adjusted my lifestyle accordingly.

Michael you should look at getting a portable solar generator. It can run on solar, power from the house or run off a small windmill so when there is a brown out you would have power stored in your portable solar generator. EcoFlow Pro would be more than enough for all your power needs. Or an Anker Solix is another one or a Bluetti A300.
It's something We are doing here in Texas in case of power outages.

    Hi Michael 🇨🇦 !
Just a thought during brown-outs. Hyundai makes the Ioniq5 EV-- great EV car that also can be a portable generator! The tech is V2L (vehicle 2 load) and can power the house and appliances for multiple days WITHOUT any noise or gas.🎉
Pretty cool new tech with certaina EVs that also double duty as a power generator! Best wishes

Some advice from someone who was in the restaurant and bar business for over 40 years..
    1. Give yourself some time to prepare… especially in a foreign country like the Philippines..
Be prepared… don’t jump the gun and set an unrealistic opening day if you don’t have all your ducks in a row..
Soft openings are done to get the kinks out… you don’t want so so service on your first day..
    Makes a bad impression..
    Training takes time and organization…
So many aspects to even getting opened..
Wish I could help…. I myself am retired in the Philippines…
But I am in the US at this time.
Good luck… be watching you vlog on your progress..
    Ed O

I have a strong sense of foreboding.
Yes, it is too fast. The business, especially. I live in northern Wisconsin, where people from Chicago retire, get bored, buy a restaurant, then lose it to bankruptcy in less than a year. We locals tell newbies to wash dishes for a year before putting all of their retirement savings into a business they know nothing about. They are above washing dishes, then a lot of other things. Gordon Ramsay has done a lot to warn people.

It's cool that there was just Filipino Independence Day. Here in the west we celebrated the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the storming the beach in Normandy France. The historians said it was the largest amphibious invasion the world had ever seen.
Mike I'm wishing your bar the greatest of luck. I hope it's a conplete success and stays that way for a very long time. At least long enough for me to take part in everything your 🦫 has to offer. Lol

You might want to start catering to the local’s taste if you want people to come in there. Hearing your idea sounds cool but the thing is you gotta survey they lifestyle of people in that town. In manila, I can see this concept doing well but to a place like roxas city, not very much.
