We Need To Break Away, Philippines, we have been burning both ends of the candle with little sleep between the house renovations and the opening the new beach bar in Roxas City Capiz that we are really burning out, health and mentally. Time for a break to Boracay Island.

I would recommend staff wear at least short sleeved shirts, looking at peoples armpits while they’re preparing your food or drink is not the best. In fact, in the states it’s a health code violation. 😎😊👕👚 only constructive criticism. 😉

I agree with some of your viewers… all restaurant staff should at least wear short sleeved tops, including the bartender. Customers do not need to see underarms, underarm hair, etc. I believe lack of sleeves is a health code violation in well developed countries. Philippines has a very, very long way to go regarding basics of the service industry- hotels, restaurants, transportation, … endless!! But I think you’re doing a great job! Keep up the proper training - high standards of food quality & excellent service! Wishing you all the success!

Boracay it will be great in the dry season only. But some Filipinos locals go there in the rainy season for better prices.

Hey Mike my family were in Boracay vacationing for the past 4 days...rains in the morning but the rest of the day great!..we did island hopping and some river swim at atv adventure in Caticlan.We're in Roxas City now just across the beaver we are staying for a week...Definitely gonna visit ur bar!👍
