    Ingredients
    6 chicken drumsticks
    2 cm long Turmeric
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 cm long Galangal
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/2 TBSP Sesame Oil
    1 TBSP Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup Greek Plain Yogurt
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    1/2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
    1tsp ABC Sweet Sauce
    Pinch Black Pepper
    2 TBSP Sweet Mustard
    Few drops Natural Red Food Colouring
    1 Zip lock Bag
    Fresh coriander/Green Onion (optional)
    Banana Leaves (optional)
    Side Dishes
    Fried Tofu
    Flat Bread
    Fresh Salad (Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Honey, Fig Balsamic Glaze, Chia Seed, Walnut, tomato, Baby Spinach, Cucumber)
    Instructions
    1. Prepare the Marinade: In a food processor, add the turmeric, garlic, galangal and blend. Add in olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, Greek plain yogurt, garam masala, coriander seed powder, garlic salt, smoked paprika powder, ABC sweet sauce, black pepper, sweet mustard, and natural red food coloring. Blend until you get a smooth marinade.
    2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the marinade and chicken drumsticks in a zip lock bag.
    3. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for the best flavor.
    4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
    5. Air Fry the Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken drumsticks from the refrigerator. Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket with the marinade, making sure they are not overcrowded. Spray some Olive oil on the chicken surface.
    6. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
    7. Baste the chicken with remaining marinade. Adjust temp to 195°C and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. Cook for additional 1-2 minutes if you want more char.
    8. While waiting for chicken to be air fried, prepare and mix fresh salad by using the ingredients above.
    9. Garnish and Serve: Lay banana leaves on a serving platter. Place the air-fried chicken drumsticks on the banana leaves. Drizzle some ABC sweet Sauce and garnish with fresh coriander or green onions if desired.
    10. Enjoy: Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as warm flat bread, Air fried tofu and fresh salad.
