    Here's the recipe for steaming silky tofu with fried garlic minced meat Ingredients: - 1 block of silky tofu (about 14 oz) - 200 grams (7 oz) of minced pork - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce - 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil - 1 teaspoon of sugar - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. Prepare the Tofu: - Carefully remove the tofu from its packaging and drain any excess liquid. - Place the tofu block on a heatproof plate suitable for steaming. - Use a paper towel to gently pat the tofu dry and set aside. 2. Prepare the Garlic Minced Pork: - Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. - Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic. - Add the minced pork to the pan and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked and browned. - Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened and coats the pork evenly. - Remove from heat and set aside. 3. Steam the Tofu: - Bring a pot of water to a boil and set up your steamer. - Place the plate with the tofu in the steamer. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes, until the tofu is heated through and slightly firm. 4. Combine and Garnish: - Carefully remove the tofu from the steamer and drain any excess water that may have accumulated on the plate. - Spoon the garlic minced pork mixture evenly over the steamed tofu. - Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the tofu. - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 5. Serve: - Serve the dish hot, accompanied by steamed rice or as part of a larger meal.

    Here’s my easy recipe for Green Tea Panna Cotta: Hankerie.com Ingredients: - 2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream - 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk - 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder - 3 gelatin sheets - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Instructions: 1. Prepare Gelatin: - Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for about 5-10 minutes until they become soft. 2. Heat Cream and Milk: - In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil. 3. Add Matcha: - Sift the matcha green tea powder into the cream mixture, ensuring there are no lumps. Whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. If using, add the vanilla extract at this point. 4. Dissolve Gelatin: - Remove the softened gelatin sheets from the water, squeezing out any excess liquid. Add the gelatin to the hot cream mixture and stir until completely dissolved. 5. Strain the Mixture: - For a smoother panna cotta, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a clean bowl to remove any undissolved matcha or gelatin bits. 6. Pour into Molds: - Pour the mixture into individual serving molds or ramekins. Allow the panna cotta to cool slightly at room temperature. 7. Chill: Cover the molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the panna cotta is fully set. 8. Serve: - To serve, you can either serve the panna cotta directly in the molds or unmold them by running a knife around the edge and dipping the molds briefly in warm water to loosen.
