Let me start by telling you , thank you for all your hard work with this channel , I'm not a cook , I've always had a girlfriend or wife that covered that base , but now that I'm single , I do a lil more with food than I'm used to so your tips and tricks help me alot , thank you so much
I want that dual blaze, daughter got me this for my 82nd birthday, delivered today, used it today,so far 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ new to the party ,she doesn’t have one so therefore Kathy your my Cosori coach. Never heard of this air fryer till I came across your channel, you got my attention. Your so cute, presentation isn’t boring.
About the enchiladas: the recipe is technically a smothered burrito. I enchiladas technically don’t have beans in them. Love this channel! It inspired me to buy an air fryer.
My words exactly, too many ingredients! I've never been a "real" cook no matter how much I wanted to try a dish, if it took to many ingredients I was out! Thank you Cathy for your excellence with manageable delicious recipes for those of us who are ingredients challenged lol! 💕😊🙃
YAY!! I am DIGGIN all the recipes in this video, except for the shrimp recipes. They're super simple to put together and we can make the portions of any of them as big or small as I like. I also DIG how your children not only participate, but they're so honest with the opinions. Very cool. Thank you LOADS for sharing. Arlene
Hi 👋, hope all is well Cathy. I can’t thank you enough for this channel. I used to have time to make really big elaborate meals for the family. Now the grind is in full effect. Your channel has saved me my sanity. And we’ve cut back on take out! Thanks 😊
On the zucchini boats - save the scooped out insides. Sauté with some diced onions, (with shrink down some, let water cook off) place in the zucchini boats and cook as balance of instructions. Extra veggie, and no waste. These are also awesome with Italian sausage vs ground beef. My zucchini garden is out of control and we make these on a regular basis.
Last night I cooked Honey Mustard Salmon 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 so easy so good! Tonight Steak bites and those baby portobello mushrooms another 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Cosori and Cathy you have made our mealtimes so easy and so tasty! I’ve given each of our 4 adult children a Cosori and I love sending them my own home videos and critique of recipes. I use my Cosori almost daily. Sometimes Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and dessert, and snacks! Oh yea mini apple dump cakes in ramekins - fast 5 minute comfort concoction- don’t forget the ice cream. Save money, save time, save clean up. Thank you Cathy. Love watching you and your family
Great video! These are the best easy air fryer recipes I've seen. I saved the video and made a list of the recipes I want to try. Usually there's only one or two I want to try per other creators videos, but I want to try 10! of these....maybe more. Thanks so much for all of the work and time spent showing us these recipes. And I love watching your kids reactions when they taste test.
I made the teriyaki and ranch chicken tonight for my fiancé and he absolutely loved it! He gave it 5/5 stars and he asked me to put it into the favorites rotation in place of this bbq cheddar chicken I usually make.
I also chop onions up and freeze. along with peppers of all kinds for later use. LOVE these easy recipes.. I cook for one and this makes it so much better.
I absolutely love watching your video's, you show so many different yummy recipes . I have tried many of them and WOW , so good. Thanks to you , I'm not only saving money on my energy bills, but also cooking isn't so much of a chore anymore. I love the way you involve your children in your video's. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes and and your infectious personality. You do cheer me up .
Just got the new Blaze last week to replace my "oven style" air fryer.. I LOVE it!!! So easy to use, clean and your favorite pork chop rub was picky husband approved!! Thanks for the great content Kathy!
For me, it's not necessarily the amount of ingredients, but the weird ones that I can't pronounce, have never heard of before or even know where to buy them. I love that your recipes contain ingredients that are common and easy to obtain. I cooked a breakfast version of the pizza rolls using eggs, turkey sausage and of course lots of cheese! Yummy!
Luvvvv your AF channel💕💕 Am new to this, just bought mine. Its the BEST thing ever!!! Luvv how your kuddies look soo happy with AF Dinners.Cheers from the Caribbean💕
Hi Cathy!!! I always enjoy your AF recipes. These are some really great ideas. I sure will be trying some. Sending your video to my Children. I like that you include your nice kids in the videos. Thanks once again my dear friend. Great video!!!
I bought the blue magnets to hold parchment paper down and it works brilliantly! I love your videos with the kiddos! Do you Indian or Thai recipes? Keep up the AWESOME WORK!
I love the recipes, and seeing the family, they’re all beautiful and I think you’re so very lucky ❤ Your videos are making me so hungry lol😊. I can’t wait to try the salmon 😋
We have been cutting our own chops and stew meat from pork loins for years. We like them very lean so we trim off the fat and grind it for sausage. But we finally got around to cooking the chops in the air fryer and now we don't like them cooked any other way. Tenderloin too. SO GOOD!!
Hi, I love watching your videos, unfortunately, in the UK we don't have some of the ingredients you use 😵😵 my airfryer is also the knob type so hard to get just a couple of minutes 😞😞
Hello, I live in the middle of "Farm Country" in Michigan where there are many choices for meats, and when I went to the local grocer run by the Amish and bought their pork chops for the first time, I saw GOD when I took that first bite! I am a believer that the source of the meats makes a HUGE difference. If you can get organic and if it doesnt cost as much as an arm and a leg, go for it. You WILL be impressed!
Hi Cathy love your channel! However, I just ordered your cookbook. I am not interested in anything online and went through quite the ordeal to try and complete my order!!
Excellent ideas. But if I may, you should never do a temperature check IN the air fryer or basket. You could get a false (high) reading. Same with a traditional BBQ, best to remove from heat source and test on a plate/cutting board so you get an accurate reading.
You forgot my favourite - roasting a whole chicken. Only need the chicken and italian seasoning (or your long list) Page 68 in your cookbook. Just made it last night, for the umpteenth time!
When you're using that temperature gauge it would be nice if you would tell us what the temp is cuz the glare from the camera is not giving it to us to see thank you love your videos
New to your channel. Bought cookbook lots of nice recipes. My only problem is I bought an air fryer comb oven. So I don't have a basket. I'm not sure what to use. I flunked hard-boiled eggs for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Cathy, Thank you for all the yummy recipes you post on your videos. Just last week I got my 1st AF it's a 5.8 Gospel inspired by you. When I tried to use it I noticed the pre set buttons didn't seem to be working. I called the manufacturer and the customer service rep walked me through it. Apparently you have to press the menu button 2x in order to activate the pre sets. I was so embarrassed but I had not seen that covered anywhere not even in your 101 instruction video. Anyway. I love my AF and will be checking out your videos as you post them. Thank you for sharing. ☺
Ooooo! What a neat take on the little mini pizzas we made in Home Ec with canned biscuits when I was in school!!! YUM! Thanks for the salmon recipe! Someone gave me a slab of salmon and I dont know what to do with it! Hey...how about a video of just doing seafood in the AF?? Or have I missed that one???
@@empoweredcooks We would! You could do tuna, shrimp, salmon....the three most popular! Possibly tuna pot pies, shrimp wraps/shrimp biscuits, and salmon kabobs? Just thinking out loud here...
Unrelated to the recipes, but would you mind sharing how long the back wall of cabinetry is in your kitchen? (The wall with the ovens and cooktop.) Also, super intrigued by the ranch-teriyaki chicken marinade. Going to give it a try!
That salmon looks so good! I am really hesitant to put any sort of seafood in my air fryer. because seafood leaves an odour behind. How do you cope with the residual odour in the non-washable parts of the air fryer from seafood?
Has anyone else had trouble with the spiral binding on her cookbook? I returned one to Amazon because a few pages in from the back the top two spirals won't allow it to lay flat or the pages to open nicely.. got a second one and have the same problem :( The recipes do look amazing...
I’m going to get a Cosori Blaze this week! Do you think the silicone liner bowl is good to use? I struggle to keep my current fryer clean and some of the recipes are really messy and thought it would help.
Hi. Love your channel. I’ve learned so much from you. Thank you. I was wondering….I just purchased the Cosori Pro II Is it ok to leave it plugged in all the time? The main power light stays lit up when it isn’t in use if it’s plugged in. Thx.
Yes any parchment paper will work well. Kathy shows how buying your own and using a hole puncher for the holes so air can get to your food while cooking in the air fryer. You can also use aluminum foil with no hole punching needed. Just leave enough air flow on the sides while food cooks
I'm trying to decide between the pro or the dual blaze. I like the ground beef in the basket tip with the pro, but I like the two burners with the blaze. I've watched your comparison video. Ultimately, do you have a preference?
I’ve had the dual for several months…biggest win is one basket to clean. The 2 basket system with all those little side louvers was a big pain to clean. You can broil and bake withe dual and while technically you don’t have to flip I like the crusty “skin” you get when it’s in contact with bottom heat. JMVHO
Which air fryer are you using in this video? I am a single person and I want to buy a Cosori, but I don’t need the most expensive. Do you have a suggestion? Love all your recipes!

Hi. Confused about cooking chicken that’s partiality frozen. Not advisable in the UK. We’re advised to always ensure chicken is thoroughly defrosted.
Your videos have helped me out so much - Thank you! I have the Dual Blaze but aren't sure when to use or not use the grill plate that came with it.
