Nostalgia, I played this mode a lot at the time, I even have gameplay saved from 2018, certainly one of the best Paladins modes ever made. Hirez could keep these extra modes in a rotating extra modes queue.
There is a Vatuu exploit where the player that plays as Vatuu can jump/teleport making them fly across the map with the ball straight into the oponent base... It takes me around 5 minutes of searching a lobby to just play a 1 minute match 🙃 EDIT: the announcement doesn't play in that mode and it's very confusing as well
this works actually with most of dashes, azaan, andro, the best pick is maeve probably, i wonder if grappling hooks also works if u hook before u grap the ball
@@itsvertex5606 well the Vatuu I had to go against did all in ONE dash, he was level 51 so I doubt it was a cheater since they were with a friend who didn't look like they were cheating, but anyways in my opinion this should have never happened and these kind of bs I call exploiting
Ngl, Dredge is pretty strong in this too Place a TP on the goal and a tp near you before you get the ball so you can insta score. While it may seem OP, all you need to do is kill him or just make sure he doesn’t have said TP ready
but would it work? as far as I get it u can't use abilities while carrying the ball so u wouldn't be able to tp. maybe tallus with the rune that automatically TPs him back?
@@jaycross174 no I mean you place your TP on the enemy goal and before grabbing the ball you place a TP so you can use it before getting locked out of your abilities. This is why he isn’t necessarily OP as not only you need to safely get to the enemy goal (to place your first TP), then you have to place the 2nd TP without accidentally placing it twice otherwise it will remove the TP from the goal. Also there’s the chance that you might die making you have to do everything again. If it works then it’s an ez score
Maeve needs the Prowl speed card at 5. Basically Prowl from spawn to ball, take ball with a pounce, throw the ball over their wall into goal. Then activate 9lives, prowl to their goal area and pounce on the ball as its going over the wall. Walk it into goal. Takes seconds when done correctly. Bonus: Some times ball goes into goal by itself if you throw it over wall and get killed after.
This game mode is so chaotic & fun. Grohk used to have infinite ghost walk due to old talent that got changed to spirit domain Also, need this map as TDM/Onslaught map
i was using the brazilian like skin for Lex and it really gives you powers , everytime i made a goal me or my friend said on chat " RONALDINHO GOOOAAAAAL"
crap mode. shouldnt be able to toss it in. or at least make it so attacks can deflect. or require some time on the point. at the current moment not enough counterplay.

Wow, crazy mode. Seems how definitely will favor certain champs.
I feel like they should make the map longer, it feels like a match ends in like 3 minutes because you goal is like right there
pips waightless is broken so you can use it then grab the ball and score.
you should try pip, with cards to max out her jump. That is insane. 2 jumps and your in the goal.
bc you cn double jump with maeve i thought you could fly with drogoz(only using the space bar) it doesnt work lmao
