Sorry I’m from Los Angeles County and my house is only have 1400 ft.² somewhere 1000 ft.². Those houses are way too big for an old man. My wife is young but she would struggle vacuuming that place with the wrinkle Carpet house two house one way too big for an old man and a young wife it’s just doesn’t make sense. Try to find a house that’s smaller and the guy that installed the carpet knew what he was doing. He knew how to stretch the carpet. I always replace the carpet in my rental properties because the dogs pee all over it even though there’s no pet deposit in Los Angeles County can still charge for it. If they want a dog they’ll give me more money they want two dogs they leave and give me more money Newsom’s laws don’t mean a thing when it comes to pets.
