@ultraelectera A few reasons. Lacey had throat tumours caused by the screaming and at this point her voice was in a bad way but she soldiered on and finished their tour. They were also promoting revamped acoustic versions of their songs on the re-release of Flyleaf LP which was accompanied with a DVD of new music videos for these acoustic performances :)

this this the only one where pat doesnt practically destroy the guitar. he plays only this one better than sameer. and lacey... i like how she's spitting the "k" in sick. it sounds... sick. hahah

I think they're adding 'still' to prove a point. That regardless of time, efforts, and hope this world is 'still' sickening and infected. It's almost as if she's trying to say that after all her efforts and hard work, there's still a lot more work to be done. Idk... we all have different perspectives. This is just my opinion. :]
