  • Today I’m sharing with you the EASIEST and one of my favorite 4th of July appetizers-fresh pineapple with raspberry jello! This recipe comes from my cousin Barb who hosts our annual family reunion. She always serves up a variety of tasty appetizers, and these sweet and tangy pineapple slices have been a favorite of mine for years. I realize this is a very simple process, but the results are too good not to share! Try this out for your 4th of July menu or anytime this summer, and let me know what you think!
Here are links to the two dips I mention in my video!
CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE DIP: • Chocolate Chip Cream C...
    SAUSAGE QUESO DIP:
    • Sausage Queso Dip
    Fresh Pineapple with Raspberry Jello
    1 whole pineapple
1 small box raspberry jello (or any flavor you’d like to try!)
Wash and dry the pineapple. Cut off the top and bottom. Stand the pineapple upright and slice the skin off from top to bottom. Remove any remaining brown eyes or seeds. Quarter the pineapple and cut off the core from each wedge. Slice the spears into bite-sized wedges. Arrange pineapple wedges on a platter. Sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp. of the raspberry jello (use more or less, to taste) Serve with toothpicks to avoid staining your fingertips! ENJOY!

Good tip on the pineapple selection. I have never heard of that nor have I ever seen the pineapple sprinkled with jello. I just took one to a pool party yesterday that I just sliced. I love watermelon this time of year. Have a lovely day.

How long will they keep? Can I save overnight? Can't wait to try this❣️

Best fresh in my opinion. You CAN save the leftovers but the jello kind of “melts” into the pineapple..

Is that jello with or with out sugar??

Sislertx this was just regular jello mix, not sugar free (which you could use!)
