  • What if I told you that LeBron James has become one of the greatest basketball players of all time, all while having deformed feet?
That’s right, the 16 time all star, 4 time regular season MVP, and now 4 time NBA Champion and 4 time NBA Finals MVP has been playing with these jacked up feet.
Hi, I’m Sean Daniel of Foot Truth and in this video we’re going to learn:
(1:12) - 1) Why LeBron James has unhealthy feet.
(3:22) - 2) What is the most likely cause of his unhealthy feet.
(7:58) - 3) How you can avoid this detrimental cause that affects millions of basketball players around the world.

    MORE INFO
On LeBron James' left foot, his pinky toe and his big toe are both pointed inward towards the middle of his foot, with his pinky toe angling upward and his big toe angling downward underneath his second toe.
And on his right foot his pinky toe and big toe are also angled inward towards the middle of his foot. With his big toe again being angled downward underneath his second toe. But on this foot his pinky toe isn’t angled upward as drastically as on his left foot.
Because all of LeBron’s toes are squished together like this, his feet form a diamond shape going from the heel to the toes.
Now was LeBron James born with such contorted and squished toes that form this diamond foot shape? Or did his feet transform into this odd shape throughout his life?
It is possible, but highly unlikely that his feet looked like this when he was an infant, before he spent time wearing shoes.
But it is most likely that his feet were not born like this, but were instead like almost all other infant’s feet which have 4 distinct characteristics.
    1) Unlike LeBron’s squished toes, an infant’s foot has spread toes.
    2) Unlike LeBron’s downwardly angled big toe and upwardly angled pinky toe, all of an infant’s toes lay flat.
    3) Unlike LeBron’s feet being widest at the ball of the foot, an infant’s foot is widest at the ends of the toes.
    4) Unlike LeBron’s feet forming a diamond shape, an infant’s foot forms a V-shape going from the heel to the toes.
This same foot shape that we see in infants can also be seen in people who have gone barefoot most or all of their lives.
These people’s feet have the same four characteristics that we see in infant's feet.
    1) Spread toes.
    2) Toes lay flat.
    3) Foot is widest at the ends of the toes.
    4) The foot forms a V-shape going from the heel to the toes.
And remember, the main difference between LeBron James and the infant or barefoot person, is that LeBron has worn shoes most of his life while the infant and barefoot person have not.
And the shoes that LeBron has worn throughout most of his NBA career are his LeBron Nike basketball shoes.
All 18 versions of LeBron’s Nike basketball shoes, along with almost every other basketball shoe on the market, is exactly congruent to the unnatural diamond shape of LeBron’s jacked up feet.
Now I don’t know what the shape of LeBron’s feet were when he was an infant or when he began playing professional basketball in 2003, but it is most likely that when he was an infant and before he wore shoes that he was like almost every other infant in that he too had those four healthy foot characteristics.
And had it not been for LeBron James spending years wearing, working out in, and playing basketball in shoes that have this diamond shape which squish the toes together and angle the toes upward… his toes and his feet would not be distorted like they are now.
I say this because barefoot and indigenous people put a high workload on their feet by walking, hiking, and running on rough and altering terrain, yet their feet still have this healthy V-shape which they had as infants.
And the main difference between these barefoot people and LeBron James, is those barefoot people have never or rarely worn shoes while LeBron has consistently worn narrow and diamond shape basketball shoes, like all the 18 versions of his LeBron Nikes.

Thank you all for the love and feedback on this video! And thank you to RUclips for finally recommending it a few months after I uploaded it.
Making a video like this takes quite a long time... from writing the script, recording the audio, finding videos and photos for the video edit, editing the video, deciding on a RUclips title, and making the thumbnail... it takes time. So to have that effort pay off where people are learning something new that helps them improve their life... it means a lot to me! So thank you! ❤

Toes are spread (yes that is a V), Toes Lay Flat, Form a V Shape( yes that is a V), Widest at the Toes (yes that is a V),
Don't forget to bring up Stiff, Narrow, Heel Elevated, Toe Springed and extremely cushioned shoes, everytime you reference shoes

They almost bind their feet. I always individually wrapped before wrapping and never too tight. Also walked barefoot a lot, plus stretched and massaged my feet. My toes never deformed.

This was helpful and educational, I would sometimes sleep in new pairs of shoes for my feet to mold to the shoe and break in faster. I never took into consideration that my foot is actually molding to the shoe as well, it’s a two way street. I’m going to wear them more sparsely and wear my big slippers at home where my feet can properly splay. The toe spreaders are interesting 🧐 I think it may be too late for Lebrons feet he will most likely need to get a surgery at some point after he’s done playing basketball.

Then, in the Lakers, I bet they would've of lost the 2020 finals, Without Voguel's change of rotation it wouldn't help.
