Mike & Aaron, you did one exceptional job. I love that you took steps to return things back to the way they were prior to cutting into the soil. I also admire that you spoke kindly of the neighbor who allowed you passage through his land to complete the monumental task of saving a home. Impressive work you both do. You're a great team and you both never fail to provide quality work. Have a fine week. Oh BTW, I visited your live video with you and your son but it was a bit too busy for me but you had some great viewer comments. Heck, you even had a viewer say "Hi, from Brazil". Excellent work! The whole place / area looks totally new and, much better than when first approached. The work y'all put into it shows that you also consider the conditions, post job conclusion. This consideration I would say, is in terms of how future conditions could affect the newly created retaining wall & "riff-raff."
I especially like / appreciate, how you also took the time to improve some of the neighbors' land, as it sloped into the area y'all were working on.
    Kudos for that as well.
    Peace!!

Such a good neighbor. Willing to work with the DP crew to ensure your neighbor's house doesn't end up a pile of debris on your property is a blessing. Rerouting the creek so it flows in the proper direction is a plus. One thing is for sure, that rain will put all that work to the test and get the grass going a lot sooner. If the property owners keep the trees from taking over, they will have access to that newly sculpted area for recreation. A great family picnic area! Another great job by the DP crew! Looking forward to seeing how it is looking in the future!
