Just a test?!?!? It's amazing! I watched a video about how to build a business model canvas and was lost. I've never played Pokemon Go but watched others (very large crowd of over 100 people) play it. Because of your video not only do I know how a business model canvas is used, but also why the game was created. Thanks a bunch Holger!
Great stuff! Very informative, well presented and helps super much to understand Biz model canvas in general too for many newcomers. Awesome job, more of these! :)
One of the best video explaining Business Model with a perfect analysis! Simple to understand. @Holger Thanks for uploading this video! Expecting more startup models.
very nice presentation. We are doing business model canvas in university right now, so your example helped me understand how these boxes are related between each other. Thank you!
This was really great. The illustration, the presentation, the length of the video. All very consumable. I would like to see more of these videos about different companies, or social ventures, or anything really. Things like a presidential campaign would be very relevant at the moment. But looking into other socially relevant brands or historic brands like the Beatles, Nike, World of Warcraft, Apple, presidential elections... Even getting a pet, as a laugh. Keep it up.
I notice this presentation was made within about 2-3 weeks of the game's launch. I don't remember when the Starbucks USA partnership began (I assume it is after the presentation because the presenter used McDonald's as the example), but that is an excellent call by the presenter at the end about big corporation partnerships.
Hello. I still dont get the idea how "Local Business" in this case is considered to be part of customer segments instead of key partners that helps Pokemon Go to sustain its business. I need further explanation to make sense of it. TIA!
It's not too hard to do. ;) I would say it's more about the effort. I still need roughly two days overall to produce this. And drawing skill can be learnt. ;)
Thanks! I use Keynote (Mac Version of PowerPoint) for animation. Then I just "present" the slides piece by piece while capturing it with the Software "Screenflow". For my voice I'm using the Yeti Microfon.
been searching for business model canvass for games, and I found this. thanks a lot. it really helped me in my project in school. *thumbs up*
Please do more, we need more of this kind of thing in the world.

We have been working on developing Educational App to make learning as easy as possible.

Great Work - I am currently using it to explain the Canvas - it's fun!
Very nice! I wish I had half the skills to create something like that for my students.

FUCKING BRILLIANT! DAMMNIT YOU DESERVE SO MUCH MORE!
I do not think that Pokemon Go players can be a key resource because you cannot control them as they are the customer. What do you think?
Gerardo Navarro Suarez yes, but it's not always about what you control, it's about what you need to make happen to make your business model work
Very informative! Well done. You may want to change the spelling of "maintainance" to "maintenance".
Herman van den Berg thanks for watching carefully! Will do so in my keynote
Very nice!!!
Excellent !!!
I really liked this, great job.

Very informative, thanks for your efforts.
How do you make these videos?
Thanks! I use Keynote (Mac Version of PowerPoint) for animation. Then I just "present" the slides piece by piece while capturing it with the Software "Screenflow". For my voice I'm using the Yeti Microfon.
