- This is a series about tools that you can use to visualise your business, and it's business models. The model I talk about in this video is called The Business Model Canvas, created by Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. Learning about business models is great if you're in or starting a business, and even better if you're studying towards an MBA.
I took a BMC course from a college in London. My first exposure to its process. I learned a great deal. I have to tell you you’re presentation of the BMC is very intuitive, additionally, you adding much more than I learned and I was using outside information to help me understand and in none of those information did I see that I saw tonight. Thank you. You have reinvigorated my want to start my own business. I was told the BMC is even more important the business plan,, because investors can see the entire plan as you laid out without looking at a bunch papers that are made up in the business plan, and the way you did I suspect, is exactly, how investors want to see the initial layout to determine if they ae even interesting based on the info in the BMC. I am fortunate to have found your site. Thank you for doing the work to show us a better way.
I have reveiwed SEVERAL BMC videos. Some in business classes, others on RUclips. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE that I could actually pull my thoughts together and create a plan for myself. I really appreciate this. It is non-linear and acknowledges the right brain thinkers!!!! Thank you so much for this.

I will suggest to turn from 9 sections to 6 sections , and people will benefit and understand better.
Look even 3 sections to simply for begginers to visualize :
1- Idea
2- Execution
3- Funding

Yes.

@@isrealamadi5931 You’re welcome. When a business is using multiple models, the advice is to avoid conflicts between the models and allow the business stakeholders affected by that specific model to make decisions regarding that model - allow necessary autonomy.
Yes if you have more than 1 vertical or product. For ex you have a SaaS platform that create websites for websellers. Inside the platform you have shipping model and payment model. Each model have a specific revenue stream and KPI and finally business model

What would a horse farm BMC look like
That would have to be unpacked by you because context matters. It will all start with what you expect to charge clients for. From what I know about stables, the revenue streams would likely be boarding, breeding, training and lessons. Good luck with the horse farm.
