This was an excellent breakdown, easy to follow. Just wish you would’ve linked the Revenue Stream video in the description since you didn’t discuss it at all in this video. Other than that, this was very helpful with helping me understand it and get through my assignment. Thank you!
Amazing content. It was really really easy to understand how to create the BMC. I have one doubt though, consider the example of uber. Uber drivers falls in the customer segment or key partners. I believe we pay to drivers to serve the customers, so they the key partners and not customers. But, when we build a product we consider drivers as a user persona. Someone please shed some light on this.
I like the sequencing, generally. Happy with the reasons here but I might prefer 7 then 6 instead of what is presented for certain businesses. Some key activities might require highlighting 7 to see what resources will be required in 6.
I'm right now actually studying this model business in order to teach people and I had a question? Is this business model actually suitable for people who only sell their products outside of the building? I mean there are some people who did business beside the road and a lot of people especially old people didn't know how to use mobile phone except for calling and sending messages. Can I relate this business model with their business? Thank you :) This video is very simple and easy to understand btw
Thank you for creating this video, excellent information and very well said. Useful and simple information that helped me understand the business model canvas.
I work for a small telecom that used to provide residential VoIP. Now residential telephone ownership is less than 2% so the company turn to home security, mostly cameras. They target the middle aged family but now my team started to push for 65-80 market. 70% of my customer don't even remember their AppleID password, and their AppleID is their son's... Time to leave?
If I don't see your business canvas model, either literally or that I could make it up from a prospect's business presentation, there is no way I am investing. I advise you include it to make things simpler.
Not sure I understand the flow of this table. The components of the model should always be the same but I don't think I like how this particular canvas expresses the interactions between the steps.

Great content , the simplification of the (9) nine building blocks to (4)four blocks and eventually to (2) Two was phenomenal.
Excellent presentation. I like the simple manner and clarity with which the speaker delivered the content. Thank you.
