Same here! I’ve watched Cathrin put so much of herself into that house, with how she has installed the light fixtures, put so much thought into the design of the guest room, plus her whole journey with the new hardwood floors. I hope the new owners can preserve as much as possible. If you think about it, a somewhat famous person lived there, so it really should be preserved!

Aww that was emotional. The music was perfect lol. 😭 So many memories and I remember all the renovations…even the plant in the corner of the spare room. Also remember how you kept looking at the shelf in that room and tried several things to get the ‘look’ you were after. Now you get to create new memories and tackle new renovations in the new place. The end of one chapter and the start of another. Xx

I moved on the same day as you and I had all the same emotions. I loved my old place so much! The new renters started painting immediately. I also thought: I hope they will love this place as much as I did. 💜

omg the outside of your old house..so beautiful and it looks so peaceful and I love how it is so quiet and green the old house's neighbourhood is! My home is literally sandwiched really really close between 2 other houses so yeah I love it buuuttt your new home is even better! Why am I the guy dork who got emotional over seeing your old house empty! That’s the only house I’ve ever known you in with the exception of watching your really old Final Cut video two days ago but I wasn’t really paying attention to your background hahaha. You became such a good friend to me in that house and I know I’ve been going through some physical stuff and haven’t been here on time for a drop in a long time but I’m always here every video in spirit and you are still one of the best people I know and I’m so so happy that you were able to make your dream of living on the lake come true! 💕
This house looks so different from when you moved in. I can’t wait to see all the projects in the new house. Also, the trees look awesome but I got the feeling they were scary during thunderstorms.

Leaving a home is HARD! We moved out of a place last year that we were in for 3 years, and had a LOT of memories there. Definitely shed some tears, lol...but just keep looking forward, new memories are coming!!
