This has been a fun chapter of DAK, and I'm glad I got to see them perform this year, and chatted briefly with Drushka. I'm expecting the next iteration of the band to be... well, as unexpected as this one was!
Love this heavier, chunkier feeling rendition! Glad to see you kept your choreographed dancing at the 52 second mark. I miss seeing your dual leaning back into eachother, when you do the killer slide up the fret. Hoping to have a chance to see you perform live in the U.S. if you do a tour stop, near where I live. Keep up the great work, and I hope everyone finds the puppy of their dreams, from the 47 puppies up for adoption near you!
One of the best concerts I've ever witnessed. After Destruction North America was amazing. One of my favorite bands and the 4 albums and eps are some of the most original music this century!
So many influences made you guys very original as I love! I subbed! I can put new influence of St-Vincent (not only for the guitar and the sound). Perhaps DEVO for the move and uniforms, isn't it? Keep up originality! I'm a fan! 😎🤪
This just showed up in my feed. Quite a lot of fun. The audio for this video is in mono, not stereo like the previous video version for this tune. Is that a choice or an oversight?
Hadn't heard of this band before, but just happened to click. From the thumbnail I thought I was gonna get some surf stuff. But instead got some very strong St. Vincent vibes. Especially with that guitar that's very similar to what Anne Clark uses.
Thicker? Just a tad bassier but also a tad quieter, that's not good, to me this simply sounds like a crappier mix ...and the first video was much better as well.
I mean, I watched the first video like a million times, so.... why not a million more here?
Stereolab and St. Vincent 2.0... nice!

Like the moodier lighting, but the original has that "what have I stumbled upon" grace to it.
Seconded, still love it, but missed hearing "Hello User."
@@georgepayne9381 same, this rules but i miss all the singer's crazy faces from the original
Facts. I couldn't stop playing the song for a week straight 😂
One of the most interesting applications of fuzz I've heard in a while
Agreed! That tone rips.
st vincent guitar signature time
1:45 I'm obsessed with that lead tone.
If they did this as their sound. Killer. So nuch potential
Come to the UK please. We are waiting and there are more of us DAK fans here than you might think 🙏🙏
Yeyeyeyeh 🙏 I'll be there
Saw them in Seattle, they were awesome!
Excellent!
Great drum lead-in too!
This is an AI computer-generated video.
@@kennethkatona5482, Ken, you should see their live performances.
My favorite song from 2024. I saw them close their set with it at Aftershock festival.
So rad!! I'm dying to see this band live...hopefully in '25!!!
So much love for Descartes .....🤟😎🖤⚡♨️🇲🇽🎄

I'm hyped! It's like the love child of Leeloo and Corben Dallas highjacked my morning by throwing me into a flying cab!
It's great, more life and fuzz
Everything about this track is simply incredible
Agreed. Amazing
So much awesome! Discovering DAK has been a highlight of my year ❤🎉
Great to listen to another version of the song that first got me interested in DAK. Awesome as usual :)

Ever coming to Chicago?
new and nostalgic, reminiscent and entirely new, art with a capital exclamation mark
Well done that’s actually really good
Bravooo!!!:)
Seeing you all in Baltimore was one of the highlights of my year
Hell yea, once again yall bless us with beautiful art
Gave it a couple weeks but honestly I miss that rather funny yet epic ending "Goodbye User."

Had not heard of DAK a year ago, then outa nowhere, new (to me) top 3 favourite band. I fucking love this 💜💜💜

Great update!
I'm far less hopeless than I was 3:40 seconds ago. Just mostly hopeless now.
That was fun!

Pretty cool! Like a 2020's version of Poster Children. It was a great idea then, it's still a great idea now!
Still a banger
Iconic.
Thank you for spending election night with us here in Portland! That wuz an f’d up night. Thanks. You guys are AMAZING

COME TO BRAZIL 🤟
After Destruction... I am destroyed
🤘🏻
Son unos genios! Los amo 🔥
Now it just sounds more like Yamantaka//Sonic Titan. Fully approve.

I think they are the St Vincent guitars, if I'm not mistaken. Hey, check out my guitar cover of this song!
The bassist came so close to hitting someone in the head a few times haha! Also, I thought that was Jon Cryer playing the drums at first lol!
cool! i only clicked on the image as i thought your costumes were inspired by the polysics, but found something nice!
Devo, Polysics and now Descartes a Kant - The world always need a hero. ❤
Has the music been remastered for this new video? The guitars sound a bit thicker!
Thicker? Just a tad bassier but also a tad quieter, that's not good, to me this simply sounds like a crappier mix ...and the first video was much better as well.

Gerry ya debería ser formalmente integrante de Descartes a Kant.
🥰🤩😍🤩🥰
