    Seems sad that one would have to pay lots of money for a top tier Roland kit and still feel the need to record with SD3. Why not use something like the TD-17 kit? Thanks. I'm trying to figure out a good option for triggering SD3.

    Would sound very big with a little bit more reverb / room :) The dryness is nice on the headphones while playing tho. Cool stuff man

    Are using an audio interface? Please I’m having trouble really want my td50 and sd3 to sound like this thanks

      We just took a usb lead straight out of the TD50 head into the laptop. You then just need to set up your SD3 to work with the incoming midi signals

      We can't speak to that unfortunately as we were running a Mac setup. Best thing to do is contact Toontrack & Roland support as they will have the most up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of getting the systems talking to each other on all OS
