I went to Poland with my mom and she was excited when she found a street vendor in this region, and I got to try it. It was the best cheese I ever had and I think about it a lot. It felt like I was eating smoked sweet and salty meat.
The way she said,,oscypek” I’m dead 💀

Wow Poland is so beautiful... I would love to visit those mountains...
Poland can into cheese!
Yes we can!😊
Poland can't into space still
Our Polish cuisine is incredibly diverse and delicious, very often having some few centuries old tradition behind it.
Another thing added to my bucket list! I love videos like this!

My new goal in’life: drive to Poland and find where I can buy that cheese. That could occupy me for one month or two.
Janina runs a small hotel in Polish mountains, so it’s Perfect accommodation.
As someone who's half-Polish on my dad's side, watching this video felt like I was learning something new about the land where my blood comes from. Also, hearing that cheesemaker speak made my mind jump straight to memories of my dad speaking with colleagues over the phone.
It look so delicious
it is delicios
Im from Poland and oscypek is the best cheese in the world!
Love to see a woman joining in a man’s tradition. I bet that cheese is delicious!
you guys acting like woman are disrespected these days or something if a woman hits a man its ok but if a man hits a woman he finna get executed
For sure it is.
Tamomm not quite haha, I just like to see genders dispersing in the work force. From women making traditional cheese to more men becoming nurses and teachers.
@@tamimataya5468 Relax, your Dad isn't out of prison yet the women are safe for now.
@@tamimataya5468 Who hurt you?
In Poland, when you go on holidays to mountains, you bring Oscypki for your family. Oscypek is worth trying. Especially heated, wita cranberry jam 😍
4:20 AM here and I'm watching a video on cheese hmm yess
good job
The BEST flavor combination is a slice of OSCYPEK and a spread of homemade jam made by Babcia!
The secret recipe: Love.
And passion.
