The drop volley Djoko pulls at 2:40 is one of the finest net play i've ever seen !!, the inclinaison of the racket is geometric, he did fantastic at the net on this GS, especially vs Meddy.
Taylor really played. I don’t see why the media calling him names. The thing is when you’re playing the King of tennis, whether the king wins or loses, his opponent will have to give his entire body.
Taylor is topten, and he wants it badly. But there's just a huge gap between those two, he didn't stand a chance
these matches/highlights should have option to users to just mute the commentators..
the difference in commentary between this 2 players is mad 😂
Nole well done. This is world tennis and joy to see.
Brutal...3 sets. Done!
Me and my coworkers love Novak night because we knew he’d make the game quick and we get to go home earlier😂
I love Djoko
He's the GOAT. But every month Alcaraz is noticeably faster and stronger. I think the tipping point occurred this month. If they face each other in the Final, unless Alcaraz is having a weirdly bad day, I expect Carlos' outrageous speed and energy to give him the first set.
And I think he learned last month in the Finals of the Cincinnati Open that the all-time greats never relax their focus, which is what Carlos did and that allowed Novak back into the match.
Four consecutive grand slam finals. Congratulations to Goat 🎉!
Congratulations to most Grand Slams of all time, not GOAT by a long shot!
@@childsname7294 Cry more or Call later, resentful and envious Fedal fan... 😂
5 consecutive slam finals , if you add the 2022 Wimbledon cuz in USO he wasn’t allowed to play, he made the final 9 times in the last 10 slams that he played
The commentators summing up Novak's win with 'this dude.. this dude..' Both sound inarticulate and poorly educated
Chuck Lerclerc
In your opinion lol.
@@danielpayne7194he's right come on
They're obviously biased
Carillo is a joke as a commentator and has been for as long as I can remember.
Oh wow! Djokovic is very strong for a 36 year old. His age should be a weakness, but he has made it a strength. He is breaking new ground on what is possible. So many are so quick to place all their faith behind a twenty year old genius. When this experienced, battle hardened, champ is still at large.
Exactly that! Thnx
DJOKO THE MAESTRO👍👍👍🇹🇳👍👍👍
The highlights, to a large degree, are Novak getting battered and abused. The results are Taylor Fritz getting battered and abused.
I noticed that. What's the deal? Some kind of anti-Serbian bias?
@tmst2199 maybe more likely pro-American bias?
@@ThrowerTimothy Perhaps. But then we'd see it across the board. Let's recognize the non-PC status of non-NATO Serbia with its Russian sympathies and Djokovic publicly refusing Covid vaccination.
@@ThrowerTimothy I am thinking it's more just the way it is. Fritz can have great power strokes and moments of brilliance but Novak is much more consistent. So he wins all the routine points, he doesn't make as many mistakes. It's a testament to a great winner.
@@chrisocony ok - I'll keep an eye out for that
Difference between a goat and another dude in the top 10
Awesome No1e ❤️❤️❤️
When you have to go for huge winners just trying to stay even with a guy who's not even playing his best tennis...you've got a problem. Fritz: 51 unforced errors, 28% second service points won. Oof. Compare how each guy moves and you'll see why this happened.
If you're just going at 'normal pace' there's no way you can win points, Djokovic is just too solid. He is more inside the court, he steals time, the guy is a machine
IDEMOOO NOLEEE
Look how steady and determined Djokovic is in each shot vs Fritz.
Fritz needs a lot more fitness and work on his balance
Fritz has relatively poor feet. Tends to lumber when going forward. Hits for power off the back foot because he's late to his spot--and he's gonna make errors doing that. Not anywhere Djokovic as a mover.
@@charlesfaure1189 agree.
Fritz was much tougher to beat and outplay than that joke of Shelton

"NoVax" refused to pass the torch! 🙂
C o v I d was an IQ test. Did you get jabbed?
General tennis broadcasting question. How do they decide whose name to list first when they display the score. Djokovic always seems to be listed 2nd. Why not list the top ranked player first?
I 'm asking myself that my entire life
It’s based on how the draw is structured, Djokovic is second seed so he’s at the very bottom of the draw
@@derekmeade1741 thanks!

Fascinating to watch. Fritz is a world-class player who didn't do much wrong, yet he still lost by quite a margin.
he did make 50 unforced errors or so tho
He seemed mentally checked out, at least on the big points.
The fact that he was going for huge winners--and making a huge number of errors doing it--shows the difference in level between him and a fairly-below-average Djokovic performance. If you're only winning 28% of your second service points, you're far the second best player on that court. He hasn't got the elite movement to win enough rallies, so he has to go for low-percentage winners. 51 unforced errors is a number for the overmatched.
Are you serious? Fritz is one dimensional he didn't change the pace or do anything to bother Novak.
Fritz was showing frustration quite early in the game
I think he needs to remain a little more composed and realize he's still in the game
Djokovic winning at the end ofc
Novak has no issues handling pace

Merci pour le show et appeler Mr Novaxx Nocovid .
Djokovic...GOAT. Where are the Federer fanbois so quick to claim GOAT??? Sadly, Nadal is done.
Nadal will play next year. As far as him winning... we shall have to see. He will have to go through Novak Alcaraz definitely won't be easy
i m so done of Novak winning...... he did his wins over the years/ I want Fritz to win!!!

Unforced 23 37 41 25 32
Winners to Unforced Ratio 201% 140% 83% 136% 160%
Carlos is the undisputed champ of winners while also making fewest unforced errors this tournament.

% Behind 2nd Serve 65% 60% 41% 55% 51%
Break point conversion 36% 44% 59% 44% 58%
While Sascha, Danil and even Novak get more free points on their first serve, when it comes to second serves Carlos has the highest percentage of points won. Strangely, despite getting more break points than anyone else, his conversion rate has been the worst.

The higher first serve efficiency of other favorites compared to Carlos can be explained by their faster 1st serve speed (especially Sascha and Meddie), and much higher number of aces.

% Net Points won 76% 59% 55% 70% 66%

Overall Carlos had the highest % of points won, his wins on returns are only surpassed by Medvedev. Carlos and Yannick dominate net exchanges.

Overall Carlos has had to apply the least effort in his matches largely due to his agressive game style and easier R16 against Arnaldi. Zverev comes into his QF against Calos with the most amount of distance covered and longest time on court due to his disputed match against Sinner.
Pero Carlos ha tenido la llave más fácil hasta el momento, en cuartos recién le toca alguien entre los 20 mejores.
@@flippercool1988 All have the same issue, seeded players lost early
@iseeyou9043 Yes because he brings audiences. Just like the Shelton - Tiafoe was great for US audiences.
@iseeyou9043 Carlos only has 2 days until his semi, Novak has got 3. Over many years these things get equalized. That's part of being a tennis player. Weather will vary, you have to adapt to heat, wind, rain delayed, closed roofs, scheduling, etc.
Thanks for all these stats! Just a couple corrections: 1. The aces-to-double-fault ratios are off (4:4 should be 100%, 15:4 should be 375%, 11:7 should be 157%, 10:4 should be 250% and 119:6 should be 1983% [surely Shelton hasn't served 119 aces in his R32+R16+QF matches?!); you mention "Yannick" and "Sinner" - did you mean "Shelton", rather?; 3. If Alcaraz, Medvedev and Djokovic have all won 56% of their R32+R16+QF points, they're tied in that category (Alcaraz did not solely have "the highest % of points won").
Why only 720p?
BECAUSE IT IS DJOKOVIC'S GAME WIN HIGHLIGHTS. CHECK THE OTHER PLAYERS VIDEOS.
pretty sure it's RUclips's preprocessing, just have a bit of understanding and patience
Processing HD portion of a video takes some time
That's why I usually wait until all the processing is done on a video I upload THEN i publish the video.
If I remember the 480p quality is done first and is the quickest then anything more quality then that can take some time depending on the overall quality of the video and length
Or that is what the uploader intended for the quality to be to begin with
19:19 what was he mad about here? did he think it was out?
Fritz is a one dimensional player he is 6'4 yet rarely comes to net. This was an easy win for Novak a straight sets win not in doubt. Fritz doesn't look fit at all he is so slow. Novak used drop shots to expose Taylor movement.
American tennis is so behind we see any gu or girls any more players on top USA should have better coach for USA tennis players still Novak is as his best he work very hard as anyone you should learn from him and his coach’s USA do some thing pay attention 😮❤😮
I feel badly for Fritz that he has to drag Morgan Ridley around. I have never seen a less interested, more bored spouse/friend in a player’s box. Does she even know that she is at a tennis match, she doesn’t seem to care. No support for Fritz from his box!
She probably is only excited when Fritz's prize money checks clear.
Lamentable ce public qui applaudit systématiquement les fautes et doubles fautes au service de Djokovic

Easiest path to a final in grandslam history
From the greatest player in tennis history.
Is this his first grand slam tournament? Did he not win 23 of them already? Does he also not hold most masters 1000? While being the number one for the longest time in history too? Does he not lead in H2H against both Rafa and Roger? You are being irrational and hateful for no other reason than to hate on the guy who is the best player in the history of this sport.
Alcaraz has not meet anyone from top-10 yet. Novak has defeated. So calm down.
