This was my #walkaway moment. I heard this speech and then the characterization by the media and I have been shaken to the core by the lies and narrative of the left. I am ashamed that I voted to HRC, but I will never allow myself to be hoodwinked by the Left or anyone else ever again.

He fuels them by words like that. This was about assholes with Nazi and confederate flags thinking it’s time to have free speech. There is free speech and there is hate speech. There’s a difference! Nazi and confederate flags are never okay and are a hate crime just by being flown. Forget the fact that they are history. They should be a history for which white people are deeply ashamed and the only time one should see a flag like that is in a history book, a museum, or a movie. In public, it’s a slap in the face to anyone who isn’t white. Period. When black football players bent the knee during national anthem, it was, ““Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a (expletive) off the field right now. Out. He’s fired. He’s fired!'” And here, it’s, this display of bigotry “on many sides”.... You’ve got to be KIDDING me. The original protest was against a General Lee statue being taken down. There were protestors who supported it, and those against it. There were people against it who weren’t white supremacists. I live in Charlottesville. It's happening downtown. It all started with a statue about Robert E. Lee and "vice mayor" wanted to remove the statue. We have already had the KKK come down here and protest. I haven't left my house at all. My dad wouldn't let my mom go grocery shopping. It's scary knowing that a person has been killed cause a person ran into a crowd of people are so close to you. I have a family friend she is 9 months pregnant already has 1 young boy and 2 girls and her husband is a police officer fighting against these people. #BlackLivesMatter #AllLivesMatter

Its a historical statue. And on the left, there were people who wanted it taken down. Some peaceful, some antifa or violent protestors. There was good on both sides, and bad on both sides.
