Omg that is such a cool game concept! As soon as you mentioned it I immediately jumped on Facebook to see if I could come down for an event (sorry for hurting your RUclips analytics) because this sounds freaking RAD!
Well now that you mentioned a full cosplay. We're gonna have to see that now. That full synth helmet you're wearing looks amazing. I'd love to see the rest of the armor you've got with that.
I have a spare bipod if you want it, it's the one I used on my caliburn I had at the last war. I'm planning on converting it to a standard U burn so I can't use it anymore. Also I have a ton of recommendation for fiber optic scopes/red dots, it's kinda a side hobby of mine and I have a bunch of reviews for them on my Reddit page.
I loved your very unique and cool Fallout style at the Fallout larp! Easily the coolest costume/load out of the event. Way to bring those big nerf balls and take out the airsoft users. I love the video and it was really cool to see the backdown. -Bobby Doug
I love the aesthetics of this fully. Very well done. I noticed the elastic towards the end of your stock. Is that for the catch? I was having issues with it and created a solution internally using little springs on the catch itself. All in all, it's a solid blaster and weighty because of all the extra plastic and u channels.
Hi valteck! I'm planning to build my own b variant, is the hardware kit the same as the caliburn u? Some review vids mention that I have to cut the u chanel, did you have to do this as well?
I'm really hoping to see you at the fall event! If we go with a Nerf centric rule set I still plan to bring my specialty air pressure soda bottle tops for extreme loud targets on a range. (If we don't go with Nerf I'll see you next time.)
I... think I may have to build one of these, got a Uburn that could use some new printed parts. May see about mirroring a few parts to make it a lefty-bolt...
I figured it would probably be the part that has the slot the bolt rides in, the insert piece on the top of the receiver, and potentially part of the bolt.
Hi Valtek, I don't know if there is any way you are going to see this, so I might try your instagram, but I am going to be building one of these for myself and I am wondering if there is anyway I could get your stl for the bolt as it looks so much nicer than the stock one. Thanks!
Greetings from the Wasteland! Love the helmet. Do you have a video on making it? Great looking blaster but sadly wouldn't comply with our appearance rules. If I may be so bold could you switch your "firing range" to firing towards your garage door for contrast? I love the camera POV and SFX from the previous videos but it's difficult to get an idea of grouping. If the garage isn't suitable or causes too many impact decaps perhaps you could get a pulldown blind and hang it from the tree? Thanks again for the great content recently. I appreciate the time and effort involved.
I'm currently using the cheap 4x acog knockoff from MM with a BlasterHaven adjustable rail riser on my Swift. Dialed in to 30m. I really like the acog because the range indicators make it easy to range targets out to about 50m. The windage indicators can also be useful.
or the majority of testing, I'm less concerned with getting an accurate grouping because I don't have a vise or rest for each blaster. My main concern is if I'm able to hit my target at all, that is why I have the target cam facing me. It is mostly to see how the darts are behaving. I do need to get more max darts or similar light colored darts to help tho
Literally the prettiest printed blaster I've ever seen. Hands down.
Still one of my favorite builds in the hobby. Did a great job with this.

you're fine. I am glad you watch at all!
That synth helmet is glorious!

it is nothing too crazy. I try to keep things practical for gameplay purposes
I love the New Vegas vibes!!!
Ok I really think I’m going to have to print and build one of these for myself now ! Great video !!

This Blaster is very underrated couldn't find any videos on it before this one I still do want to print one

Love this! I could tell you put a ton of effort and passion into this build and this vid. Fantastic work sir!
Thanks a ton!

Was to help the catch, but fixed after the video by tightening everything up
That blaster is we’ll done.
Love the music. Really went heavy with the fallout
it is the ambient tracks from New Vegas
@@ValTek_Armory yeah I know lol. I’ve got hundreds of hours on that game.
Best fallout, hands down
I didn't even know this blaster existed 😱
That's why I make these videos!
So very cool! Solid performance for a bolt action!!
I have my new scar finalized as well!
Hi valteck! I'm planning to build my own b variant, is the hardware kit the same as the caliburn u? Some review vids mention that I have to cut the u chanel, did you have to do this as well?
it uses a standard hardware set. I did not have to cut my channels
Thanks man. Can't wait to build my own b variant

I need to find a sniper card, lol
That helmet looks great!
I think so too!
Like the helmet, what model is it?
Just freaking sweet! look at that!
that's a delightfully sleek setup, time to make them reexamine all their rules
they still have their plastic laserbeam generators. I like being more precise
I... think I may have to build one of these, got a Uburn that could use some new printed parts. May see about mirroring a few parts to make it a lefty-bolt...
You'll only need to mirror a couple pieces
I figured it would probably be the part that has the slot the bolt rides in, the insert piece on the top of the receiver, and potentially part of the bolt.
The bolt is symmetrical. It can flip either direction
Sweet!
this is pretty cool my friend
How much filament did you use to make this blaster?
I honestly forget.
You need a proper sized scope for all these bolt-action rifles😂
I am curious, is it using the k26, or have you swapped the spring for something else?
I think I mentioned that I swapped to an SF25 full length
@@ValTek_Armory ah, sorry. I rewatched a couple times, but must have missed it.
Would it be possible to use the part that accepts the ar-15 grip on a regular u channel caliburn? That blaster is awesome
I think that part is available separately

It is a personal part, sorry
ah, here we go!!!
Awesome!
I am absolutely having a PITA time trying to figure out how the spring goes ….
you need the spring rest. it keeps the catch in place as well as centers the spring
@@ValTek_Armory I’ll give it a go. Are you using a k25 or k26.
I made a custom rest for k25
@@ValTek_Armory I ended up doing the same. Got it functional.
Thanks!

The acog would suit this as well, since the marksman carbine in New Vegas has one

n o i c e .
So hot! What a cool blaster!
Which PLA did you use to print this?
can't remember. Doesn't matter since I finished the parts with sanding and paint
If you like this, you'll love the Cynthia
how long of a spring did you use for this?
full length k26 initially, made a custom spring rest for k25
@@ValTek_Armory and how long is full length?
26 seconds in and I want to commit a war crime before the nuclear winter
