Emerald Park is my home park and I love it and am prpud of it. I'm so happy to see Na Fianna Force has joined Cu Chulainn in putting the park on the map. Whilst the park admittedly has a long way to go in terms of pulling a theme together, park tidiness, staff ability to dispatch rides consistently fast, ride availability and upkeep of rides such as Viking Voyage etc, I feel that great strides were made in 2025, best ever year for the park. Nice vlog amyway, it's great to see so many UK vloggers now visiting.
Very disappointed with this review, popped up randomly on my feed so I'm not familiar with the reviewer, first of all he didn't do enough research to even ask one of the natives how the flagship coaster is pronounced, it's 'Coo Cullan', not 'kookalin', and he failed to mention or be aware that it is the biggest wooden roller coaster in Europe, and it never fails to disappoint, the speed is incredible and never let's up from start to finish, with shrieks and screams all the way round every time, it must have been a (off season?) weekday because I have membership of the park and it's always well attended when we go at weekends, I could go on but I'll leave it at that, the reviewer has potential but needs to up his game if he wants to grow and develop his channel.
I think you are a bit harsh in your criticism of the reviewer here. In fairness, us Irish were brought up with the Cu Chulainn stories, and therefore the pronunciation is easier. The British and American visitors always get it wrong 😂, but then surely we get ride names wrong when we go to Europe or further afield despite best efforts. I don't agree with the reviewer's view that Cu Chulainn is a mid level coaster either, it's an airtime machine in my opinion, it beats the likes of Wodan into the ground for airtime and I love it since I've first been riding it in 2018. I did find it very rough in the 2024 season, definitely needs some attention. Each to their own opinion anyway. I enjoyed the vlog.

Great vlog, I want to get to this park one day,
Thanks 😊
Definitely worth a visit! 👍
It’s like visiting a completely different park!
Great to see a park on the rise 😊
The way you were pronouncing the Irish words sent me 😂
Yeah won't lie, I didn't have a clue 😅😂
@@coaster_wave it's grand though, Irish is a difficult language
As an Irish person I can confirm you did not pronounce chuculainn correctly as it is said cukulan
paultons park already has this vekoma package in their dinosaur area, they are called, Flight of the Terosaur and Velasacoaster.
Completely different package 😊
Paulton's don't have the thrill coaster
This is on list to visit - I’ve only just discovered it!
It's definitely worth checking out 😊
Na Fianna Force and The Quest
Both lots of fun!
I don't know what he's on abt cuchlluain is the best ride ever after formula russa in my opinion
@Axolotljrguy All opinions are valid. Glad you enjoy it, it just wasn't for me. I don't think Rossa is that great either 😅😊
