Hi great video. How do you reset these remotes. We programmed out remote to control the TV when the volume was very low as set by the freesat box now max volume by the TV is much quieter.
To reset your remote control to it's default set-up, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the red button (this is not the standby or record button) and AD buttons on your Freesat remote control for three seconds. 2. Then press and hold the Home button. The LED will blink once. 3. Finally press and hold the red button (this is not the standby or record button) for five seconds. The LED will blink five times to confirm the remote control has removed the existing TV code and reset to default set-up.
@@wendyrockingham8482 can you explain a little more, is it possible your box is turned all the way down? you would have to reset the remote and start the process again if it was
@@wendyrockingham8482 sounds like the volume on the box itself is turned down low, you need to reset your remote so it will control the volume on the box again. then setup the remote after you have raised the volume www.freesat.co.uk/help/4k-tv-boxes/remote-controls/reset-remote

Is it possible to control your sundbar with freesat remote controller?
Good morning, we have not tested this, but you could try using the search mode to see if it has a code to control the SB.

We’ve done the same and had ours in mute so we’ve got no sound at all, help???
