That reminds me of my tennis coach but way less aggressive. When I started I was still getting used to running (I have cerebral palsy and at the time every time I tried to run I would trip over my foot and fall) and he waited patiently for me to finish the mile. The first mile took me 14 minutes and by the end of the year I managed to get a mile in just under 8. I’m still thankful for him because that work at a young age managed to help me run and walk up stairs much faster than what my physical therapist predicted.
For me, Coach Carter is by far one of the best sport movie if not the best. Dude was not only make the team that always lose undefeated(until the final match), he also make sure that the students will have future outside basketball.

I had a coach who thought he failed us during a little competition during football practice one day. So he endured the punishment that we endured too. Every step that we took he took. That how I knew he was meant to be a coach.

You do realize that was what he was trying to teach them right? This was the result he wanted.
@@Terery In the real world most coaches hope for the end result, but it wouldn't be a guarantee. Since it was a movie he got what the writer planned.

Coach Carter. Samuel L Jackson and Denzel Washington both have a unique ways of bringing characters to life.
Kids nowdays need coaches like that.😊
He was trying to make them become a true team
Coach carter was one of the best movies ever made tbh
After seeing the movie twice, I can tell Carter was not expecting that and just ad-libbed that being his hope.
Friendship😊
now thats motivation....either we stand together or we fall 💯🤘
