TV shows are shot on a very tight schedule. When someone makes a mistake they don't have time to start the scene over from the top so everyone stays in character, the cameras keep rolling, and they just keep doing it until they get it right. The rest can be edited out.

Upon my second rewatch of the series I was surprised to see just how many of those tense and serious scenes have so many comedic elements in it, made me love it even more.
I think we should give credit to the editor of the video, those split second pauses I imagine really sell it. I wouldn't be surprised if he mixed the audio tracks around too.

There's a video on YT of the entire 1997 Berserk anime series but with the VA bloopers edited in throughout. It's an incredible experience and I'm ready for the same thing with Breaking Bad.
