The CBD from hemp (otc stuff) is vastly inferior to medically prescribed CBD or otherwise obtained marijuana plant product. The good stuff is at least 7x more potent. Think of the prescribed stuff as pharmaceutical grade and the otc product you get from Danesh at the corner store as a vitamin.
