- I am opening a 1st/First Off The Line (FOTL) hobby box of 2022/23 Panini Flawless NBA Basketball for our next collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! These briefcases have an SRP of $2,750 but currently sell in the $10,000 range (FOTL boxes resell in the $17,000 range). Every box contains 1 8-card pack/mini-box and 2 encased cards (2 box cases). Expect 8 autographs, 1 memorabilia jersey relic card, and 1 base diamond gem card per box. FOTL boxes contain an exclusive 1/1 Bill Russell Tribute Patch card and 2 diamond gem cards /3 or less. These card companies create an inflationary market and then profit from it. This reeks of scam.
When I was a kid in the 80's, collecting was like playing the state lottery looking for your favorite player. Now it's like Powerball. It's crazy that a company can decide to make a 1/1 of a player. Making it worth $1000's. There is no great store like a 52 Mantle.
