Thanks Bill. So glad it was of help to you. I appreciate you taking the time to write. You’re the second person who has mentioned the low audio, my apologies for that. I will definitely try and get that fixed for the next viewers. Even though the cleaning bought me some time, my pump eventually went and I had to replace it. If that’s ever the case for you I’ve made a video of that with notes on which pump to buy and where to find it. All the best! Mike
Dude you are the best this is 2022 and your fix still works. You save my butt. I thought I needed a new pump so I bought one I put it in anyway cuz The old one was rattling so that's okay. But I was still getting the air codes then I remembered what you said and I did all the cleaning out of both areas and bingo no more errors thank you so much
Great video! Turns out my drain pump was the issue. When I took it apart as you suggested, the turbine was in excellent shape. However the metal shaft that connects the turbine to the motor had sheared off. Too much torque over 19 years finally took its toll. As such I just ordered a new drain pump assembly. Your suggestion to separate the motor from the rest of the assembly revealed the root cause. Thanks again!
Hi Victor, Thanks so much for the feedback. Glad my video was able to help you diagnose the broken pump. That’s very interesting to hear about the broken shaft. Thanks for sharing that info for all of us. My pump is still working but has been making lots of noise. I’m glad all my cleaning was able to render the machine workable again. But despite those efforts, the pump seems to be on its last legs and not pumping as strongly as it should so I’ll be changing it this week. I’ll be filming the process and taking the old pump apart as well. If you feel like subscribing to my channel that would be great :) and maybe that upcoming video or one of my other ones will interest you as well. All the best! Mike Biker
Thanks for pointing out the pressure switch components at the back of the machine. The little chamber the pressure switch tube connects to was completely clogged up, which fixed the F02/Suds error when I cleaned it out. Machine works great now!
So happy it worked. Really interesting to hear that the switch piece was clogged. I wasn’t sure if junk would get that far up. Great to know. Thanks so much for taking the time to write. If you don’t mind liking and subscribing maybe another one of my fix vidéos will also help you out. All the best!
Thanks for the step by step video. It helped saved money calling for service. Excellent suggestion of unclipping left wiring bar and using a small pan to catch water. After cleaning the debris, I didn't need to do other steps.
Just spent about half a day cleaning all these drain hoses & found a sliver of something plastic on top of the ball in drain on bottom & washer is fixed & working, no codes. GREAT VIDEO, SAVED TONS MONEY, especially since able to do it all myself, took about half a day but no complaints here! Thank you!
Fantastic. Good job Donna! So glad to hear you were able to fix it yourself :) Thanks for taking the time to write. Makes me very happy to hear your success!
I heard "MOOOM!! Why is there a puddle in the washer?!?!?". I had the same error code. I have cleaned the outside hose, but no luck. Thanks to your video I know what and where to check my washer. I will update you when I finish the other areas. Thanks again for adding another "how to" tidbit to my Mommy Fix-It-All bank!!! Showing my Husband & mostly my boys' that Mom's can fix things too gives me a real sense of pride!!!
Love it! That’s a great example for the family mom! It’s such a nice feeling to be able to fix things on your own. I will be sending positive energy your way and hope you have success with the fix. Please let me know once you’re done how it went. Thanks so much for watching and your feedback. Mike
@@mikebikercanada My husband actually decided he wanted to help me, I told him "NO". I said I had watched your video and saved it. I don't want any help, I will do it by myself thank you. He just looked at me shocked but slightly amused and backed away. Lol
@@yeahliam12alt82 Haaaa! I absolutely love it. Thanks so much for these updates. They make me smile. So glad my video can be of help. Are you all done?
I cleaned everything mentioned in the video, put it back to gether still had the same issue. It ended up being the impeller on the pump had worn out and was no longer engaging properly. We replaced the pump and all works great. I've also noticed that it does not have a old washer smell anymore. To clean out the drain hoses I took a small bottle brush and attached a piece of tie wire to it and pulled it through a dozen or so times. A small tooth brush or pipe cleaner (real one not a craft one) also works to get nearly everything out. Edit: Also try not to get fluid into the pressure switch, the part mounted up high connected to the black hose. Its designed for air not water. :)
Fantastic! Thanks for sharing. Some great tricks you pointed out. I used a bottle brush as well but was limited by its length and could only clean a portion of tubing ... tying a wire and pulling it through is genius! Thanks. What Make/Model of washer do you have? Was it easy to find a reasonably priced pump online? Mike Biker
Thanks for the video. I was aware of the component in the back as I have had to clean it at least a couple of times over the last 5 years. The problem I have now is the rubber hose part between the tub and the drain. Its starting to degrade and replacing it should avoid some black gunk accumulating in the coin catch. Your video helped me realize how simple it is to replace.
Washer error code F02 at 11:12 PM. Oh crap…hope I don’t need to buy a new washing machine! Consult RUclips at 11:20 PM. Washer fixed and running again at 11:55 PM. THANK YOU, random internet guy!! 👍😎
Excellent step by step repair and saved buying a new pump! New pump would not have cured the problem! Way better than buying a new washer! Gil in Virginia

I like how you didn't just stop at the filter. There are many place that can clog and give you this F02 error-code. I have had clogged filters many times but this time it was the tube from the machine to the drain. Thanks so much.
Mike, your video and explanations were a life saver! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Like you, I found a lot of blogs talking about solutions but not many that showed where these parts were or how to remove/drain them. Also like you, I think it was just a totality of cleaning and not one source that caused my issues. Many, many thanks. 👍

I have Kenmore HE3 QuietPak2 model 110 44862 404. A lot of years on it. This afternoon it gave the SUDS error and an F02 eventually. Lots of water in the tub (I also learned the hard way about water drainage when I removed the pump filter). The filter was clean. That had been the problem a couple of times over the years. Thanks for showing me all the other areas that could affect drainage. (One thing I noticed was that there was a really long delay between the drainage failure and the machine finally quitting the cycle it was in.) So I cleaned up all the water on the floor :( and ran a drain and spin cycle that went fine. The pump sent out some water. Then I threw in some of the wet towels and ran a rinse and spin. That failed. I waited (forever) until the machine gave up and allowed another drain and spin cycle. That went okay. I put the load of wet clothes back in and ran a successful drain and spin AND a rinse and spin. Next I left that load of jeans/sweat shirt and some other items in the washer, added some soap and softener, and started a normal cycle. Suds and eventually F02 with no drainage. I will let it time out again and try to get the clothes rinsed. Then I'll have to try the rest of your suggestions. Well, I did all but the one about the long black tube to the sensor. And it worked for a drain & spin and also for a rinse and spin but failed again on a normal cycle. After that it acted, again, like the pump was running but not expelling water. I caved and ordered a new washer. Not worth spending a lot of money trying parts or calling for repair on a unit this old.
Amazing it worked for me just cleaning the filter I found two baby socks and two pens 5 coins and a drill bit it was totally clogged thank you I just saved $400 service call
Holy Moly Chris!! Lmao that’s the most I’ve ever heard someone find. Fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing and so glad you were able to fix it yourself. All the best! Mike
Hi! Thanks for your video. I saw this one after I watched a different one and tried fixing it. The pump behind the front panel of the machine that has a screw cap - I emptied that already and was able to successfully finish two loads. That was clogged with a sock and pennies. Now I have the F02 error code again. I might first see if theres something else in there then clean the hoses. We just changed the rubber gasket a couple months ago, so I would be shocked if stuff gets in the drain again. However, I noticed the back drain hose that runs into the wall has tons of gunk. I will try cleaning all of the hoses before buying a new pump. Strange because in the past - I was able to just turn off the cycle and turn it back on and it would work, but this time it keeps showing the error.
Hi Lexii, Sorry for the late reply. Nicely done! Yes the same occurred with me, for the longest time I just had to restart the load and it would drain. But as time progressed I eventually got the F0 to code permanently. Definitely proceed with cleaning out the other hoses. I’m sure all the blockage was a main part of the error code, but if the other hoses have some gunk in them then that would also cause the error code to persist. Please read back and let me and the rest of us know how it went for you. You should also know that even though I cleaned out every hose completely and it solved my F02 error code for a good number of months, eventually the pump died and I had to replace it. I posted a video of the steps for doing that with some information on where to find the best pump. But if cleaning the hoses can buy you some time like you did me that would definitely be the best way to proceed. Doesn’t take a whole lot of time and is quite rewarding. Not to mention down the road if you do need to get a new pump at least you’re confident in knowing that all the hoses are clean and the new pump won’t have to work as hard. All the best! Mike

For me it seems that the left over soap residue from years of washing is what makes everything so gunky. We used pods most of the time and I think that is a big part of the problem. They don’t always fully dissolve and it leaves more heavy build up than normal liquid detergent. Going to give all this a shot , thanks for the awesome video. I am also a RUclipsr.
Excellent, very detailed video. Great to see all of the entire steps I MIGHT need to solve my o f code. Hopefully I'll solve the problem with first step and the 3 screws. Thank You for.your time.
I liked the video. I see that you did not show how you cleaned out tubes and the removal of the back panel. I think that if you take just more time with more steps (just a little more time. It would help those that it's there first time with home improvements on our day to day products that we have to use. I just had to replace a cooling fan in my refrigerator. GE French doors. Come to find out the part is made overseas and is not meant to last. Lucky I found a guy that has a RUclips and went step by step from beginning to end. Take apart and put back together. Keep it going man.
Thanks man! You’re so right, my video was definitely missing a few things :( I only decided to make the video after the fact, once everything was already cleaned and I discovered that this fix worked. So I backtracked the filming steps in reverse when putting everything back together. Very amateur lol. I also own a GE refrigerator with French doors! What was the video you watched? Thanks for the video! I disassembled and cleaned every part as you described. There was some dirt but nothing special. Unfortunately, it didn't make the trick. I still see the F02 error. So, I've just ordered a new pump. Will see, hopefully, it is going to help. But I'm not sure either. I think a pump either works or not. But in my case, it sometimes pumps the water, sometimes F02.
Hi Viktor, Thanks so much for writing. Glad you were able to clean everything out. I believe you will have great success with a new pump. My machine was working well after The cleaning but would still sometimes show the error code like yours when I would do heavy loads of bath towels or a very thick blanket etc. It was just a matter of removing the items and performing a drain cycle to get things back to normal. But it was definitely frustrating to have to keep doing. Turns out that the impeller was a bit loose and wasn’t sitting flush against the pump motor. It would still spin during a drain cycle, but it was no longer working as effectively as a new pump. Same thing happened to another commentor on my video. I just finished making a new video of the new pump installation as well as a detailed view of what was the problem with the old pump. I should be posting that video sometime next week. Please subscribe to my channel so you’ll be notified when it’s out. Please keep your old pump and I’d love for you to watch the new video when it comes out and see if your pump suffered the same problem. But the main thing is that cleaning out your machine was definitely not a waste of time. With a new pump and a fully clean machine you will have the peace of mind knowing that your washer was given a complete makeover and will run like new again! Cheers! Mike Biker
@@mikebikercanada Hi Mike, so, you were right. The impeller was not in the right place anymore. I've replaced the pump, and now the machine works well. I bought one of the cheapest pumps on Amazon - Ketofa CAD36. I'd not recommend it as it's pretty rough, and after I installed it, the water splashed all over the machine insides. It just doesn't fit snugly. I had to screw in 2 additional screws to make it tight.
@@vkucherov Fantastic! So glad you were able to narrow down the pump problem. Good to know about the cheaper pump. I was about to order one very similar, but chickened out after reading many reviews saying that they only last about a year. I was able to find a direct OEM replacement on Amazon.ca for $60 CAD (+$60 CAD shipping) so $120 all together. But the pump is identical to the original and will hopefully last another 15 years. I'll attach the link, it's sold by Global Solutions USA and was delivered to my house in Ottawa, Canada from Miami, Florida in under 48hrs. The company also texted me within an hour of ordering to verify the model number of my washer so they can confirm I order the right part before mailing it out. Pretty solid. www.amazon.ca/dp/B088Q2G1KB/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_QPXHBFQJDJ1CH13JKPDX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Again, so glad you got it fixed. I'm wondering if the F2 SUDS error might have been helped by running a few empty loads using a 16 OZ bottle of vinegar (INSTEAD OF SOAP) while using the SOAK or PRE-TREAT and also the SMALL LOAD selections? Would this run through all of the hoses? Vinegar works great to clean my coffee maker. I'm thinking I'll try doing that 2-3 times before taking the back off of it, etc. My HE 3t is 20 years old, however, I've been a single professional (wearing dry clean only clothes) for most of that time, so it's had extremely light usage. Thank you so much for this video---lots of Heaven points have been credited to your account!🙂
Hi Emily! Thanks for reaching out. That’s definitely worth a try! And if you try this and it resolved the problem than let us all know! 😃👍 The vinegar should flush through every hose except for that one plastic piece at the back which leads to the pressure switch. The water just sits there and it’s air that travels up the black hose to the switch. So while the water will be full of vinegar, it won’t flowing through at any capacity to wash the grime away. But you may not have any grime built-up in that piece anyhow. Only one way to find out! :) and again. Let me (all of us) know how it goes! And thank you for the heaven points 🙏 it makes me so happy and grateful to hear whenever someone finds one of my videos helpful. I have this washer for 17 years, it runs well. Got this at Sears and the sales said it was made in Germany. They don’t make this good machine anymore. Two things I don’t prefer are: smaller capacity and spin speed a little low, heavy towels can be drier.
Fantastic video! The step-by-step instructions were very clear. Like you, I found some accumulation all the way through, but nothing really shocking. It may turn out to be the pump, but at least I know I have a clean system. One question: I am having a hard time getting the spring clamps reconnected, especially on the interior hoses. Do you have any tips on that? Did you use a normal set of pliers?
Thanks Scott! And thanks for the feedback on your machine. Glad you found it helpful! My apologies for the late reply. Yes the clamps are a challenge. I used regular pliers the first time. But realized life was mush easier with a pair of bent nose pliers. So when it came time to change the pump and do it all over again, I invested in a pair ! I highly recommend doing that.

Thank you so much for your video. Do you know what that plastic part at the end of your video is called? That had that “black gunk”. We have a kenmore all in one washer and dryer combo. Our error is “DE” drain error. “Pump clogged”. So I removed the front little hose and basket and cleaned those out and I do this maintenance monthly. I ran a cycle and put a bucket in the front and I can see the pump pushing the water out with force. However once I reassemble everything and run the cycle again, I then get the same error as if it won’t pump it out the back hose into my home’s drain line. I have cleaned all the parts and hoses in your video and even cleaned out the drain pump and put it back together. Again, I run the cycle and as long as I have the bucket in the front and the tiny hose drain into that I get no error. I’m not understanding if it’s clogged in the plastic part at the end of your video or if the pump is not strong enough to force the water through the back drain hose as it is suppose to work. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am now gonna take it apart again and see if I can see any gunk in the part that is at the end of your video as that is the only thing I have not taken apart and cleaned yet. Again, Thank you so much for your video.
Hello, Great job taking everything apart. Sounds like you're doing a very thorough job! That part at the end of my video is simply referred to as the "chamber" that leads to the pressure switch. That, the switch and the skinny black hose are all considered the pressure switch assembly. I tried attaching a link to a great video describing those parts and ways to diagnose if they're your problem, but unfortunately RUclips doesn't seem to be allowing me to ad it in my comments. Search "Diagnosing Washing Machine Pressure Switch Problems" and you should find it quite easily. Have a look at the video and keep me posted. Hopefully we can get this fixed! Also, just to clarify that your error code was indeed "DE"? From what I've found that seems to be an error indicating that the washer door was unable to lock. If so, simply resetting the machine seems to be the go-to fix for that error code. To do a reset you simply unplug the machine and while unplugged press and hold the START/PAUSE button for 5 seconds. Then plug back in.
Thank you so much!! I will look at the video now. My error code “OE” according to the troubleshooting guide says it’s a “pump filter clogged”. However this error came after my neighbor turned off both our breakers (the main breaker) to both buildings. And I cannot seem to clear the error. I can drain the cycles with a bucket and lil black hose out the front of the washer but it won’t drain out the main back hose like it’s supposed to, to the main house drain. I see the pressure when the water comes out the front when the pump is in the rinse/spin cycle. I have a washer/ dryer all in one combo by kenmore. It is a washer and then Dries the clothes after the wash cycle is done. So technically since I can not get it to go past the point of when they turned off the breaker now my dryer won’t work either because it can’t get past that point. I guess it uses a lil water during the drying cycle to create steam to dry the clothes, so it has to also drain a bit during the dry cycle, if that makes sense. We ordered a pump and hopefully that will resolve the issue. I pray that is what it is because we had no issues prior to them turning off the washer at the breaker midcycle. Thank you again for replying and may God reward you a thousandfold for all your efforts.

Hello MIke Biker, Thanks for the very detailed video, i have checked everything mentioned in this video, but could not find any clog and my washing machine still has this issue (F02 , SUD error) and stops in the middle of the washing. Could it be due to Pump issue ?
Hi Suman, my sincere apologies for the late reply. Yes in that case if you’ve ensured everything is perfectly clean then it’s very possible it will be your pump that needs replacing. Is your washer equipped with the plastic float ball contained in the rubber gasket leading from the tub? Mike Biker

Thank you so much. Ended up finding out that the reservoir going to that switch was clogged with that nasty shit. Cleaned all that out and the drain hoses and now my washer is working as it should. Smells better too. I appreciate the helpful video bro. Wish I could attach pictures. It was CLOGGED bad lol.
Dear God, @Mike Biker Canada I have done every step up until this last step of removing that plastic piece, and like you, have yet to find any real source of clogging. Absolutely nothing in the filter/coin catch, some mild drudge in the long hose - which I still cleaned out with wire scrub, vinegar, baking soda, and hot water, nothing in the ball thing - and now I'm freaking out about taking this last piece out, wondering if I'll be able to put it all back together, and thinking, "What if it was the pump?!?!" Was there a way I should have checked if the pump was working from the start, or now? Or just forge ahead, hopefully put it all back together correctly, and then I'll know? Regardless, I truly appreciate this video. Thank you!! 🙌🐻
Unfortunately there’s no real way of knowing. If the pump completely dies then yes you’ll know it’s obviously the pump. Keep forging ahead. If after it’s all clean and you’re still getting an error then it’s a weak pump. If so watch my other video on how to change the pump. In that video I also show what was wrong with the pump to cause the suds error. Hope that helps. Good job taking this task on and not resorting to a repair company. Proud of you!! And keep me posted!
@@mikebikercanada Thank you so much for your reply. I ordered a pump, 🙄🤣 and will definitely tune into your video to properly install. Thank you for the props! While fully exposed, I realized that two of the shocks were disconnected - 1 front, 1 rear - so I reconnected those while I was at it. I consider that another bonus to having an intimate weekend with this darned machine. 😁👍
@@peterdominguez8754 Right now it's $17.17. Can't remember if that's what it cost when I purchased, or if this is a sale. But I think less than $20 sounds right. It did seem cheaper (and made in China) than my original pump, but it works.
I followed the video instructions. It did a great job of telling me what to take off, but I'm REALLY struggling with how to get the clamps back onto the hoses. Any suggestions? Anyone at all?
Hi Sy! Glad you were able to get everything off. I used regular pliers. They did require a bit of muscling with my small pliers. Especially the large clamp being in an awkward position. If I could do it all over again I might have invested in a pair of “bent nose pliers”. Google that and you’ll see the type of pliers I’m referring to. They should be available at most hardware stores. They change the angle of attack and really allow you to position the clamp more easily and generate much more gripping strength as a result. Which clamp(s) are you having trouble with? Cheers! Mike
. Thanks for your response! I changed the type of pliers and got it all back together. It is a testament to your video that no one was hurt and I got it back on again. Unfortunately after all that I got a different error message. (F11)
If your washer is the exact same as mine then the pump is : #46197020167 Askoll Model m75 Art 294020 120v 60hz But if your machine is different please remove the bottom cover and have a look at your specific pump and note all the markings on it. There’s not too many different styles out there. Most companies use the same style pumps. Hope that helps! If you can subscribe to my channel that would be great! Maybe one of my next videos will be of interest to you as well. Cheers, Mike Biker
Thanks so much for letting me know Gary. I had a look at the volume settings and not really sure what needs to be changed.. It's the first I hear of this being an issue with the video. Is it possible it was something on your end? Were you finally able to watch the video with proper audio? If not I'll have to ask my brother who's a much better tech guy to look into it for me. If you'd still like to watch it and think the fix my help your washer then please give me you email and I will send an MP3 copy of the video directly to you. All the best!
@@mikebikercanada Thanks so much for your response. I don't know if I was missing some setting on the Android, but I was trying to watch while I was at my machine. I succeeded in replacing the pump and that solved the problem. Now catching up on laundry. Thanks again.
While the audio is very low, the video and step-by-step instructions are very good and much better than what the "professionals" have shown.
But I was still getting the air codes then I remembered what you said and I did all the cleaning out of both areas and bingo no more errors thank you so much
Right on Philip! That’s awesome. So glad my video was able to help you out!!
Hi Victor,
Thanks so much for the feedback.

Oh wow! That’s awesome. So glad it was not too complicated of a fix for you.
Thanks so much for taking the time to write Arnold

Just spent about half a day cleaning all these drain hoses & found a sliver of something plastic on top of the ball in drain on bottom & washer is fixed & working, no codes. GREAT VIDEO, SAVED TONS MONEY, especially since able to do it all myself, took about half a day but no complaints here! Thank you!
Fantastic. Good job Donna! So glad to hear you were able to fix it yourself :)
Thanks for taking the time to write. Makes me very happy to hear your success!
This vid is a winner. Everywhere: coin trap, check pump. That's it.
Appreciate ya. God bless you and your family.
Thanks Jomarshun! So glad the video helped. And thanks for those kind words :)

Edit:
Also try not to get fluid into the pressure switch, the part mounted up high connected to the black hose.
Oh that’s awesome. So glad it was helpful to you!
Washer error code F02 at 11:12 PM.

I like how you didn't just stop at the filter. There are many place that can clog and give you this F02 error-code. I have had clogged filters many times but this time it was the tube from the machine to the drain. Thanks so much.

(One thing I noticed was that there was a really long delay between the drainage failure and the machine finally quitting the cycle it was in.)
So I cleaned up all the water on the floor :( and ran a drain and spin cycle that went fine.
Amazing it worked for me just cleaning the filter I found two baby socks and two pens 5 coins and a drill bit it was totally clogged
thank you I just saved $400 service call
Holy Moly Chris!! Lmao that’s the most I’ve ever heard someone find. Fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing and so glad you were able to fix it yourself.

Awesome!! Good job!!
I’m sure they’ll hold just fine

Hi Lexii,
Sorry for the late reply.
Mike
YOU ARE THE MAN BROTHER!!! Thank You it totally fixed my machine

Thank you for the video.... fixed my F02 code... socks in the coin catcher blocking the drain... once again thank you🙏

You’re very welcome Jim. Let me know what the fix was once you’re done 😃👍
Thanks man! You’re so right, my video was definitely missing a few things :(
I only decided to make the video after the fact, once everything was already cleaned and I discovered that this fix worked. So I backtracked the filming steps in reverse when putting everything back together. Very amateur lol.
I also own a GE refrigerator with French doors! What was the video you watched? Mine is running fine at the moment but I’d love to watch someone take it apart and understand the machine for when I do need to fix something on it!!

Hi Viktor,
Thanks so much for writing.
Cheers!

@@mikebikercanada thanks, Mike! I'll comment later on whether the new pump works for me.

Thank you so much for making this video!
The vinegar should flush through every hose except for that one plastic piece at the back which leads to the pressure switch.
And thank you for the heaven points 🙏

I have this washer for 17 years, it runs well. Got this at Sears and the sales said it was made in Germany. They don’t make this good machine anymore. Two things I don’t prefer are: smaller capacity and spin speed a little low, heavy towels can be drier.
Hi Helen,
Yes I totally agree with you, I wish the spin cycle was stronger!
Mike
Thanks a million! It was the sensor trap.
Awesome !
So glad you were able to fix it !

Awesome. You’re very welcome. Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know. All the best!!
Hello,
Great job taking everything apart.
That awesome, big help right there sir.thank you so my
Good my husband fixed my washer 😊 thanks
Awesome! So glad to hear Raquel. Thanks so much for the message. It makes my day to know the video helped someone.

Excellent video !
Thank you so much! Helped me greatly
Awesome! So glad it helped!
I just replaced the bearings and I did see all your talking about. Now I need to replace the bellow…worn and torn. Leaking water into the floor. These matching are a maze of problems.
I hear ya buddy lol.
Good work though! love that you were able to replace the bearings yourself. And good luck with the rest of your work man.
Thank thank thank so much! It was the sensor trap.
Not really an important question but shouldn’t the washing machine be on the left & dryer to the right?😊
(Because of the door opening setup)
Ours is setup the same. It’s where the plumbing is located that mostly contributes to that.
Thanks bro! I appreciate the help
You’re just welcome. So glad it helped you. And that’s for leaving the comment 🙏
Great job, video and instructions are very helpful.
Thanks for the kind words Ken! Glad it was able to help you !

That you so much for your video, I was able to fix the problem and I'm my wife's superhero, Thanks
That’s awesome !! lol
So glad it worked for you. Was it just a cleaning you needed. Or did you have to replace the pump?
Thanks for watching and feel free to subscribe, that would be so greatly appreciated !
Mike
What did you use to clean out the hoses, just water or some type of degreaser??
Hi Robert. I used water, dish soap and I skinny wire brush designed to clean the drinking tubes of hydration bladders.
What did you use to put the machine up to access un screwing the access to the pump and coin catch.
Hi Saqib,
I was able to remove the 3 screws without raising the machine by using a 6” extender on my drill.
But propping up the machine with a brick or block of wood under each front corner should work just fine.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Mike
@@mikebikercanada yeah ended up just lifting it and putting towels on each side to lift and work on it. Successfully fixed the issue 🙌 thank you !!!

Mike Biker
@@mikebikercanada , Thanks for your input, i have replaced the drain pump and my washer started working. I was about buy a new washer, your video indeed helped triage my washer issue and successfully fixed it

How is this set? Thinking of replacing my Samsung set
Hi Dan,
These Kenmore models are great. I’ve had them forever with no trouble at all. And as you can see in my video, once they get of age where they may need some attention … they’re quite easy to maintain and fix. Lots of cheap part options available.
Hope that helps!

It's time for me to take mine apart now.. I'll be back with my response Sir. 👊👊😁
Right On!!
Keep me posted, and feel free to ask any questions !
Oh nice!! That’s great news! So glad the video helped you. Thanks for sharing 🙏
Pretty cool🎉Thanks
@mombear5116 how much did that pump cost?🙏🏼
@@peterdominguez8754 Right now it's $17.17. Can't remember if that's what it cost when I purchased, or if this is a sale. But I think less than $20 sounds right. It did seem cheaper (and made in China) than my original pump, but it works.
Thank you so much for this video!
My pleasure Mr. Vman. Glad it was helpful!
@@mikebikercanada it was a success! The coin catch was full of sludge and after cleaning it the washer works perfect. Thanks again!!
@@syhartfield so glad you were able to get everything back together. But shoot! What is the F11 code for?
Great content
Hey Boss..... great video! it was a lifesaver. I'm now having a new problem. Can you tell me what the model number is on your unit?
Hi Dave, thanks man ! So glad the video could help.
What’s your new problem?
Model number is:
11042822201
Thank you so much
You’re welcome! So glad you found it helpful !!
Your a life saver head gasket is out on the truck then this! But thanks to your video one less problem.
Where can I get the pump? What’s the part number?
If your washer is the exact same as mine then the pump is :
#46197020167
Askoll
Model m75
Art 294020
120v 60hz
But if your machine is different please remove the bottom cover and have a look at your specific pump and note all the markings on it. There’s not too many different styles out there. Most companies use the same style pumps.
Hope that helps!

Excellent video, however your volume is very low making it hard to follow what you are saying.
Yes I agree. 🤣 My apologies. That was my first ever video. I’ve since bought a Bluetooth mic and audio on my recent videos is way way better.
How to fix issue, Toss them pieces of shit and find a woman who washes by hand

This is really hard to hear on my phone even with the volume turned all the way up.
