- Upgrading the license plate light to LEDs on my Dodge Charger. The old lights were really dim, now these LEDs add a nice bright white light to illuminate the plate. I also had to change the license plate lamp so that's in here as well. Easy and cheap, 5 minutes and under $30 total!

Almost got a ticket for this being out on my charger just bought new LED one but I’m missing the bolts does anybody know the size and if I need any washers?
I undid mine while switching out rear bumper and don’t remember where that part was at

Kentucky police will nail you to the curb for improper or missing tag lights just fyi.. Just found this out recently so heads up 😆
I clicked on this video because I am having a hell of a time getting that plastic lens back in. I wish I had a suction cup from a toy dart gun. (Edit: masking tape also holds the lens in place while you put the screws back in.)

What is different between 168 and 194 bulbs
I just bought a car and the wire is inside the bumper I can grab it from the bottom of the bumper but it doesn’t reach to where it needs to go not sure why the inside of the bumper is lit but not my license plate I get stopped by cops almost every night
Add more wire then so it actually reaches to where you need it to and fix it! That.. Or just try and outrun the cops over a stupid tag light like some of these other idiot dipshits that you see on RUclips 😆

CTCharger the old cover for some reason was painted, not much light was getting through
CTHellcat, I see Marspeed replied to your comment with "CTCharger". Did you change your RUclips name? I didn't know you could do that. What does the CT stand for? Connecticut? My RB stands for Raised Block . . . old school for 440 or 426 hemi.

Have u gotten a ticket for your lincense plate cover?? Here in chicago there very picky about it even do if you have the clear plastic cover.
rhurtadorh32 ive gotten 1 warning in 2 years, I was pulled over for an expired plate sticker the day after it expired and the cop didn’t even mention it, they don’t seem to care much here
In Kentucky they have nothing better to do than to send you to the curb over an improper or missing tag light, just had that encounter recently, luckily I just got a warning though so at least they were cool about doing that for me... Either way it got me yanked over regardless.

so, why are you touching the bulb with your bare fingers ? the oil from your skin will burn out the bulb in no time.....all that effort only to do it over again next year...
