Certainly not your most "wild" campaign per se, but still, this is extremely entertaining! As Brandenburg, vassalize Beloozero (release them or something from Muscovy) and then turn into Beloozero, that would be the most chad way to play as Beloozero.
Brabant, Brandenburg, and Brazil all start with "Bra." Since Brabant didn't get to form Brazil, now it's Brandenburg's turn to form Brazil. And of course, getting a bankruptcy on the side is a given.
Oh yes indeed in fact it is so powerful that it might even be the easiest nation to play as in the entire game! For example one time I fell asleep on the keyboard while playing as beloozero and when I woke up I had accidentally done a world conquest in my sleep
Brandenburg Get the Zulus as a march so you can be Militirization Mechanics March Mates. You can do this by colonizing Nguni cultured provines, but removing the colonist before completion so the religion+culture doesn't change, (events adding colonists also don't change culture/faith) giving you enough unrest to spawn sepratists.
the dutch minor nations are my favourite to play as. it’s pretty easy to get your independence using either france and england or france and castile. plus, you get access to the english trade node, so, you never have to worry about ducats.
Played an Aragon into Spain into Roman Emire game the other day and got the Netherlands area from Austria via a royal marriage event. Had honestly never seen that event before. Another awesome vid dude!
As for Branderburg: Bonkerburg, as branderburg form poland then form prussia keeping polish ideas while stacking as much military buffs possible (quality, asalut and noble ideas) Then declare war using cobeligeration system to fight as many countries as possible in single war and use your absurdly strong cav to win. And CURTAIL noble privilages
Pro-tip as a Dutch/Flemish minor: since AE is so high in the HRE, try to take as much land as possible in the independence war, prioritizing centers of trade. Then, once you're independent, get an improve relations advisor, set your merchants to establish communities, and declare some humiliation wars. Get the Age objective in the first one, and then show strength on subsequent ones, for tons of monarch points and Power Projection (Big PP also gives more mana) while you wait for AE to die down. Any allies of the main war target can be milked for cash and war reps, along with trade power. This way, by the time your AE burns out, you'll be ahead on tech, and stinking rich, ready to grab more land without a problem.
The Reformed Church was definitely the strongest in the Netherlands for most of it's history as an independent and united country, but Brabant was and actually is still fairly strongly Catholic (even more so the southern part, now part of Belgium)
As Spain if you dont have an heir and Austria gets Burgundian inheritance an event can fire and give you lowlands so its actually pretty easy but you kinda need rng. Great content as usual
It’s a good thing you didn’t take Artois, Picardie, or Hainaut, because those automatically get ceded to France when you form the Dutch nation edit: that only happens if you’re Burgundy and France exists
Loved this episode. The lowlands are great to play in and I prefer Brabant to Holland. I guess I just love getting the faceting event for those sweet Antwerp diamond merchants! For Brandenburg you could do the (P)Russia move where you form Prussia then you culture switch to Russia, keeping Prussian ideas but getting that sweet Tsardom. Infinite space marines!!!
The defender of the faith thing can be kinda annoying. I am just playing my first EU4 campaign, picked Malacca/Malaya and i got called in to help Yarkand defend against the Oirat, like what do you guys want me to do? Send you my boats...
I'm more of a casual viewer of this channel, although I love the content, and this isn't the first time I've thought "I can't believe he's not further down the alphabet yet."
Lol you were desperate to get rid of Cleve even though it actually was Dutch historically! It just didn't join the Netherlands because it wasn't controlled by Spain and Prussia did the real life equivalent of hitting the change culture button when they took it over.
Ok I tried it and maybe Ai was intimidated by me watching this video because Burgundy relaesed me on their own , as soon as I got support independence from France...WTF
You could have checked which nation has a core on the last Burgundian province under France, released that nation and then used favours to do the return core province action and they would just give it to you
My favorite thing to do as a dutch minor is get France and England to support your independence. Burgundy has a chance to just release you without a war. The upside about this is Burgundy won't be hostile and will be friendly, allowing you to royal marry and push for the inheritance.
My other favorite way is to start as Friesland (who's a peasant republic) and liberate the lowlands. Upside to this is that you'll be way ahead of the government reforms then your monarchy counterparts when you get the Orangist and Statist.
All of that hustle for that one province from Burgundian France when you could just bought it from them later😂 Guess there wouldn't be any challenge then
in one of my game i manage to get independence from burgundy then burgundy try to re ally me, when the burgundy inheritance happen i manage to get all the land
With favors, have a strategy for you, reduce opinion with Austria for any county and her no go to defensive that, for Burgundy players is the best strategy.
I'm playing a Brandenburg -> Prussia PU master x space marines game atm. I'd love if you could do something along these lines with Brandenburg. Idk if it'd take a long time or not so it's your call.
EU4 A to Z, a poem: Play on, Red Hawk Long may this series continue. As you go through every EU4 nation, You will learn so much about EU4. Bohemia was a really fun campaign Effortlessly getting PUs on everyone, Lots of fun countries are coming up. Odoyev could be interesting; OPMs can be satisfying to play as. Zazou will mark the series' end, Even though more nations exist. Read the first letter of each line, Or I may not watch your next video.
I don't see how youre going to be at 3 provinces as holland at 7:48 you should literally take at least 1 province in your independance war bringing your total to at least 4 since you start with 3 :D

Win the religious wars as holy roman emperor, staying catholic.
Form Prussia and take Alsace-Lorraine
by defeating France.
Is it German Reich time? (:
I live here in Brabant :) fun to be included...
form France
Certainly not your most "wild" campaign per se, but still, this is extremely entertaining! As Brandenburg, vassalize Beloozero (release them or something from Muscovy) and then turn into Beloozero, that would be the most chad way to play as Beloozero.
Why not tengri horde beloozero?
Brabant, Brandenburg, and Brazil all start with "Bra." Since Brabant didn't get to form Brazil, now it's Brandenburg's turn to form Brazil.
And of course, getting a bankruptcy on the side is a given.
Bra-nkruptcy
Lore-friendly cause Frederick the Great's dad actually aspired to make Prussia a colonial empire, inspired by the Dutch. Fulfill his dream, man.
"Who need France and England as allies when you can have two insignificant nations on your side?"
Hawk The, Red 2022
Proceeds to ally them again
"Hawk The, Red" caused me psychic-type damage
I have heard that beloozero is also quite powerful!
Oh yes indeed in fact it is so powerful that it might even be the easiest nation to play as in the entire game! For example one time I fell asleep on the keyboard while playing as beloozero and when I woke up I had accidentally done a world conquest in my sleep
My grandmother played her first Eu4 as beloozero ended up doing a world conquest because of how easy it is
Too powerful
…
@@GeorgeS1958 I once accidentally did a world conquest with them with my pc off! This was before I even had eu4! They’re so easy
Brandenburg

same here
as someone from Brabant, I always knew we were this strong. Thanks for the amazing content!
Eeeeeeh broeder
Je spreek zeker met een zacht g
Played an Aragon into Spain into Roman Emire game the other day and got the Netherlands area from Austria via a royal marriage event. Had honestly never seen that event before. Another awesome vid dude!
8:12 I hear "Strengthen Noble Privileges" is very powerful!
I mentioned this in your Brandenburg guide but I think you should do none of that and instead form Poland.
Brandenburg idea: Anglo-Saxony
Capture the British Isles, culture convert it to Saxon, and have no land in the Germany region.
As brandenburg you should try to form Bavaria and then form Prussia. Or just try to form Prussia and conquer all of northen Germania
u can only form 1 German tag at a time.
@@Xictlii Prussia Being the exception, you can form a regional German tag and form Prussia if you got the right primary culture and religion
Only northern Germany? No! All of it! Plus the low lands!
For Brandenburg, you could try forming a Hussite / Orthodox Prussia, or switch up expectations and form Poland?
Prussia with Tsardom please
As for Branderburg: Bonkerburg, as branderburg form poland then form prussia keeping polish ideas while stacking as much military buffs possible (quality, asalut and noble ideas) Then declare war using cobeligeration system to fight as many countries as possible in single war and use your absurdly strong cav to win.
And CURTAIL noble privilages
Than you should Pomerania first due to their mission cav buff
The Netherlands became reformed, officially, but Brabant stayed mostly catholic.
Pro-tip as a Dutch/Flemish minor: since AE is so high in the HRE, try to take as much land as possible in the independence war, prioritizing centers of trade.

The Reformed Church was definitely the strongest in the Netherlands for most of it's history as an independent and united country, but Brabant was and actually is still fairly strongly Catholic (even more so the southern part, now part of Belgium)
And now the Catholic Church is the strongest in both countries, oh how the mighty have fallen.
As Spain if you dont have an heir and Austria gets Burgundian inheritance an event can fire and give you lowlands so its actually pretty easy but you kinda need rng. Great content as usual
Hey, love your fresh content lately, you have become quite the entertainer over the time, keep it up.
Friesland makes cows? This is accurate.
Ah yes, the classic dutch red hawk move “being in pain”
As Brandenburg you have to form germany and then conquer paris
It’s a good thing you didn’t take Artois, Picardie, or Hainaut, because those automatically get ceded to France when you form the Dutch nation
edit: that only happens if you’re Burgundy and France exists
I know if you do it as burgundy you lose your French lands but I thought any of the Dutch minors keep the land.
@@nofoxgiven6561 yeah you’re right
as Brandenburg you _could_ form Prussia but that would be lame, you should form Russia instead
+1 Great Red Hawk Success (tm)
France and England we dont want to be allied with you
2 Seconds later: France and England hey do you want to be allied
Lmao
In my Holland game France allied Gelre in like 1445 and 150 years later I still can’t form the Netherlands
Bruh
F
Ally France and use favors to get them to break alliance with gelre
In my game I was able to ally France but once I formed the Netherlands they broke the alliance and declared war.
As a born Brabander this video is a holy grail
Groeten uit Brabant, kut.
Just wanted to say that I just formed Russia with Beloozero in my campaign.
A cursed Brandenburg, starting as them form France.
The defender of the faith thing can be kinda annoying. I am just playing my first EU4 campaign, picked Malacca/Malaya and i got called in to help Yarkand defend against the Oirat, like what do you guys want me to do? Send you my boats...
Form a german nation as brandenburg, I have almost never seen someone actually form germany in eu4
Absolutely loving this series man, keep it up!
7:40 i remember when taking two provinces from the independence war would get you an insane coalition
Loving the frequency of these uploads
The first champion of the joust certainly did "der Most" *slaps knee*
I'm more of a casual viewer of this channel, although I love the content, and this isn't the first time I've thought "I can't believe he's not further down the alphabet yet."
Lol you were desperate to get rid of Cleve even though it actually was Dutch historically! It just didn't join the Netherlands because it wasn't controlled by Spain and Prussia did the real life equivalent of hitting the change culture button when they took it over.
Every single time I dismantle the HRE early, Castile gets Burgundy(or what's left of it).
Ok I tried it and maybe Ai was intimidated by me watching this video because Burgundy relaesed me on their own , as soon as I got support independence from France...WTF
"It will be very tough but usually you can do it very easly" NANI???
You could have checked which nation has a core on the last Burgundian province under France, released that nation and then used favours to do the return core province action and they would just give it to you

Epic video I love seeing the map paint and build ups
For Beloozero, own all the northernmost provinces in the world so you are below zero.
in one of my game i manage to get independence from burgundy then burgundy try to re ally me, when the burgundy inheritance happen i manage to get all the land
9:50 not sure if this is a league or a Jem reference...
Hmm, I feel like there's only one obvious goal for a Brandenburg run... form France.
Such high income at the end that I think you could definitely no CB Ming and win. Sometimes I miss beating the Chinese emperor
Nice one Hawk! ;)
Well for Brandenburg, forming Germany and getting the "An Early Reich" Achievement! :D
Red Hawk reducing inflaction by .3 per year? What kind of alternate universe is this?
So ... now we know where SIR ROBIN settled down!
Bro no when i was holg roman emperor protestant netherlands and defender of the faith even Trebizond turned protestant to call me against ottomano
I have a Italy campaign were AI Brabant literally conquered all of france
With favors, have a strategy for you, reduce opinion with Austria for any county and her no go to defensive that, for Burgundy players is the best strategy.
you can mark multiple provinces with shift and left mouse click ;)
you should have waited until the first burundy ruler dies. That guy has p good points but his heir sucks so you that's when you declare.
I'm playing a Brandenburg -> Prussia PU master x space marines game atm. I'd love if you could do something along these lines with Brandenburg. Idk if it'd take a long time or not so it's your call.
First goal: Brandenburg- Prussia- Russia
Side goal: Protestant Emperor
Make the empire protestant as Brandenburg. Simple enough goal for an easy tag
Time for Brandenburgundy, baby!
I hope you learnt your lesson: ALWAYS no-CB Byzantium and then eat Epirus!
Just 3 to go and this is it, my beloved Brittany
EU4 A to Z, a poem:
Play on, Red Hawk
Long may this series continue.
As you go through every EU4 nation,
You will learn so much about EU4.
Bohemia was a really fun campaign
Effortlessly getting PUs on everyone,
Lots of fun countries are coming up.
Odoyev could be interesting;
OPMs can be satisfying to play as.
Zazou will mark the series' end,
Even though more nations exist.
Read the first letter of each line,
Or I may not watch your next video.
U should take two provinces in the lowlands, two trade centers from holland, next war take flanders as vasall keep France ditch the british.
will you curtail noble privileges as the pope for the tax meta?
Maar de mensen ze slapen, de wereld gaat dicht. En ik denk aan Brabant daar brandt nog licht
Brabant should not be able to forge the Netherlands, but the Kingdom of Belgium. As it did in reality.
Brandenburg form HRE and be Catholic and make Austria have a hohenzollern on their throne! (Also can you do a second review of FU or AB?)
How many A to Z will be
As brandenburg capture atleast one province in the Netherlands region, and one in the Livonian region. make LOOOONG Brandenburg
Better than Flanders? Very much doubt. Flanders ideas are op af. So good, you will not want to take the new ideas when you form Netherlands.
you can do after this series a to z for achivemt i think is very funny and good
can't you make Belgium as brabant?
Belgium is not a formable nation. Even though brabant was the basis around which belgium is formed ( 2 biggest cities are im brabamt)
Challenge as Brandenburg: Form as many nations as possible
As my homeprovince i wish this happend irl
Zoroastrian Prussia maybe ;) 10% additional discipline would be sweet
I don't see how youre going to be at 3 provinces as holland at 7:48 you should literally take at least 1 province in your independance war bringing your total to at least 4 since you start with 3 :D
Netherlands was definitely reformed :P
Please make tutorial for Majapahit
When your playing in the HRE and the coalition hits 17:42
Why in the world would you destroy your cav??!
>quench for land
Form Poland with Brandenburg ! Germany has eaten Polland too many times. Don't you become what you eat ?
Reminder to play Belozoro
I can’t believe you actually went protestant instead of reformed... it should have been reformed T_T
one of my favorite nations i played it a lot.
Gems are truly..... outrageous
As Brandenberg form Prussia... No that's boring
Form Russia instead
Ah yes *Belgium*
zlewick want to do a collab with you ! time to do some opm custom nation shit run inside ming
As Brandenburg convert to orhodox and try to spread this faith to all of the HRE. :D
Love these vids
Oh hey, I'm back once again to suggest the next game to be without any DLC
Imagine not being from Brabant😎
true who doesn't 😎
😎
As Brandenburg you should form Nepal (the Prussia of India)
england and france are angly because you didnt give them any provinces
The Dutch were way more famous for being reformed
