Hi from over the pond. I am watching your video's right now as I love seeing apart of my homeland that I wouldn't otherwise see , as I now live over here ,(CHEERS ) all round to you and your dad , and please tell your dad I have the same look in my eyes , when my lad does the same as you . So I laugh when I see his look . We are thinking the same thing ( get that out of my face ) ( LMAO ) every time . Thank you for showing this home sick yank , apart of my home land . And God be with you at this time , I pray for your wife and yourself at this time .
Interesting video Chet thanks for sharing your normal snowy day with us. We don't get as much snow in Scotland as you do were you live but I take my hat off to you boys you just get on with it. Our country comes to a stop if we had snow like you do. Thanks again for sharing your day
I'm a recent follower of the last couple of months, and I'm loving going through your previous vids. Thank you for taking the time, effort, and inconvenience to chronicle your days!
I have been working on a wild rice farm in northern Minnesota for 30 years. We get along great with our quads. Love your channel and have great respect for all you do!
nothing i've ever seen on this channel resonated more with me than chet explaining why he was running the machine and not his uncle. we have older guys at our company who absolutely refuse to run hand control skid loaders.
As someone who pretty much grew up in Florida that snow looks so good. (To play in not work in) I miss snow. Born in Michigan but moved when I was 10 n now I'm 41. Want to play in the snow. Lol
I've been watching allot of your videos these past couple of days. Im hooked every video is a treat. It;s really cool to see the lengths you all go trough to get some good shots in and they are all worth it.
That front loader camera angle was rad. Also I completely understand the "young buck taking over the machine" deal, in my family nine times outa ten I am the one operating the tractor whether I started it or not.
Awesome job on that snowblowing. Thankfully that's not an issue here in Miami. Growing up in Michigan convinced me that snow is good when your young. Ya get old, not so much fun anymore. Not even snowmobiling could get me back up to Traverse City Michigan in the dead of winter.
Put some "Liquid Heet" in your fuel, to keep it from freezing up. As the Road Mechanic, that HEET sure saved me from early mourning call outs to unfreeze water separators and fuel filters! It WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice to see a little old iron mixed in with all the new iron u got around there. 4230 looks good for 40+ years old. Wonder what all the new plastic will look like in 40 years.
You should make some ridges out in fields around farm to catch some of that blowing snow before it makes it into yard, than plant some rows of willows in spring which make a good fast shelter belts. Works real good up here in Manitoba.
You guys need a 14 foot gnuse bucket on that 8520. I think youd like it. The old tractors need a little tlc every once and awhile but its hard to beat ol reliable
Back in the seventies, i had a 4020 diesel with chains and a JD snowblower, i only had the Hinniker cab, it had some heat, not great, but, it was enough. After i got that snowblower, i was a very popular guy with my neighbors. I farmed in southern Scott county , and we had some pretty good snow events back then. I bought the blower from my dealer in Le Suer it was right after a big blizzard, they had to dropped it off at the end of my long driveway, and, i had to bust a trail down to the county road to hook it up. After that, nothing could stop me.
The wifey didn't have much to say🤔😁 Forget the haters, she's an entertaining videographer that likes to narrate.....a lot, but helps that she's funny🤣 Videos are looking more & more legit with clips & music, keep it up👍
I just saw your video, you were talking getting new loader and blower. I saw you already have a deere loader , we here in upstate New York have motor assisted blower for it should just look into the attachment for it. Save you some money
Thought I saw a JD garden tractor and blower over amongst all the snow machines. Would that work around some of the tight spaces? Pitch the snow out to where the one of the big machines can get to it. Uncle wouldn’t have to work so hard. Suggest you hold off on the Irish brogue for awhile. Use the next six weeks to practice up and then do an entire Paddy’s Day video like you’re just over from the Old Sod. Bet folks would watch that.
So how many months of the year are you buried in snow & ice, and does this happen every year, like an annual weather event, or only sometimes, ? I have never seen snow like that here in uk but once in 1964/5. Or was it 62/3 i was a kid at the time and can remember walking to school through it. Your big red quad trac tractors look awesome bits of kit, i can't imagine what they must cost, and you appear to have a fleet of them, it must make your job a joy each day getting to drive these machines. Great vids everyone very interesting to me, keep up the good work.
Chet , do you think it would be possible to screw some short studs in those tracks on the skid loader , then take them out in spring ? I don’t understand why everyone has a problem with your quad tracks are the 9 Ex’s that much better ?
Wow, brought a tear to the eye seeing your lovely Nikki. You have the strength beyond your years. God bless you all!
... SO HAPPY YOU HAVE YOUR OWN ...

GREAT to see Nikki!!!!! She looks fantastic as usual! I pray for her everyday.
We blew the same hoses on our 4230. Ours is the snow pusher too. Over 8400 hours and still loyal.

Great videos, Your Dad is really a very cool guy. Those looks your Dad gives you.....very funny.
Great video thanks
You guys are fukin hilarious. Great attitudes
They do make blades for your quad track tractors you should look into it that way you can move more snow
Love your office. Giving me ideas
Put some "Liquid Heet" in your fuel, to keep it from freezing up. As the Road Mechanic, that HEET sure saved me from early mourning call outs to unfreeze water separators and fuel filters! It WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So it would of turned to a paraffin wax?
really a great video and funny to still a lot of work great job you guys
i am from germany and i like your videos. Nice to see how farm works in the US
Middle of winter here..... 75F today. I don’t envy you guys in the slightest!
You need to get yourself a Farm King snowblower, they really send the snow a long way! They are made 2 blocks from our house.
Keep up the good work. I think your the only one that works.
Nice to see a little old iron mixed in with all the new iron u got around there. 4230 looks good for 40+ years old. Wonder what all the new plastic will look like in 40 years.
Those lights are nice bright really sweet

That the kind of tractors I grew up on . Yeah I'm not old. Just 37
Great video

Never a 'thumbs down'; you never fail to entertain, teach or amuse! TTYL
Great video! Wow, the snow!
I love watching snow being pushed.
Had the same thing happen to both of our 4840s.
@4:50 you mentioned tracks hate ice. Try kold kutter ice studs for the tracks, they work amazing.
Thanks for the laughs from your fellow Minnesotan in the south eastern part of the state
We have a nice front mount Schultz blower off a 6430 you can come get, never been used as we haven’t had enough snow since we bought it in 2014
Great video love seeing what's going on
You can buy the rubber mounts for the sprayer motor from the company that made the sprayer I bought some for mine last year.
That bucket shot was really cool
When you show you grandchildren these vid... they will smile
nice office

Keep it up chet love your content
Being from Central Texas, snow is beautiful!!! No way I could live like that though!😂😂
See you have a JD loader, consider a set of Pewag chains for the front axle to push snow. Thats what we use in Alaska.
Great video again
Hello from Hartford Wi.
Might I suggest snow melt mats for your grain pit?
You Can use a hand shovel around the grain pit.
You can get track studs for the tracks, at least for snowmobile you can
I am sooooo jealous of your working relationship ....its wonderful :) ...youre a great young man !!! hi from Aussie !!! :)
You folks rock!!
I just saw your video, you were talking getting new loader and blower. I saw you already have a deere loader , we here in upstate New York have motor assisted blower for it should just look into the attachment for it. Save you some money
I get so tickled watching y’all! Love it !

You need the 10800a snowblast blower. Check them out, we just bought one ourselves. Couples hours southeast of you
Can you build a roof shed to go over grain pits steep pitch to keep snow/water out? Then move when needed.
Will be laughing until next spring on that one
Rising Star ⭐️
Great video!! better get some Schaeffer's Fuel Additive in that diesel tank!!
My experience of wearing out 3 blowers, you are better off being under-powered than over-powered.
Why wouldn't you use the rubber tired loader for snow removal?
Yes for sure your co pilot should be in more of the vids
Keep busy guys.
Nicole was an amazing woman.
Love the videos
Doin good with that many hours our 4440 did that around 3500 hrs
Is that a loftness snow blower.??...width??
You should to a tour of the farm.
No auto steer and mapping the yield of the snow drifts?
@0:16 GREAT "Fargo" reference......gotta love that Minnesota accent.....ya'll come on down south sometime, ya hear?

Great vids everyone very interesting to me, keep up the good work.
Is the map on the office wall all of your farm land?
Put a 16 ft dozer on one of those quads you won't look back 👌
7:50 the best view
Sure didn't sound like the men's bathroom😄
Chet , do you think it would be possible to screw some short studs in those tracks on the skid loader , then take them out in spring ? I don’t understand why everyone has a problem with your quad tracks are the 9 Ex’s that much better ?
Rx’s
Looks like fun lol
What happened to the snowmobiles and do you have any left?
Hay that cloud looks like the Larson farms intro
Do you guys have a blower for the skid loader?
Love the hemi sign above the door where did you get it. Great channel keep it up.. Mopar or no car👍👍👍👍
Why don’t you use that big JD front loader, it looks fairly new.
I know this is a waste of time But do you put up any snow fencing to help with the drifting snow problem
I love the Dale Earnhardt flag!!!
