    Your ballet background is one of the things I love most about your Pilates! It feels infused in all of your videos from cues to choreo, but I also love that you’re able to build a whole class from it. This was great - challenging and fun! Merci Melanie! 🖤🩰

    Ballet is not easy but I enjoy it. I cannot seem to do the backwards bicycle without looking ridiculous!

      You know, this is a common concern with the folks I see in person! There’s something about the reverse on that one that just makes brains short circuit sometimes. It’ll get there!

      Just repeated it, had sore calves for days after the first time. Need to strengthen those calves!

    Finally feeling a bit better so decided to do this since there wasn’t any kneeling. Wasn’t able to fully straighten on the right yet but it is getting back to normal. This seems to have helped. It feels great to be back.
