- If the electricity supply is interrupted whilst a Bean to Cup machine is in use, the infuser (brewing unit) may stop part way through it's process. When the machine is turned back on it normally realigns itself automatically. If this does not happen however this video demonstrates an alternative way to reset a misaligned infuser.

This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
This saved me the cost of a new one! I'm impatient with gadgets and was hovering over the 'buy now' button Amazon but found this when carrying out a final search. The door does not close very easily when you insert the duds tray. I rested the duds tray on a folded up piece of kitchen roll to get it to the right height to close. Switched on the power and it reset fine.

I had EXACTLY this problem and this video explained how to fix it.
I couldn't fully click the door closed, but by manually holding it shut and turning on the power, it was sufficient to reset the position.
Same here, I just held the door shut and turned it back on.
@@danjackson140 I had to push the cup in without the tray to reset it and I didn't have a reset switch in back. I turned it on out from and problem fixed.

Hi, my DeLonghi perfecta cappuccino esam 5500. M it's not working auto light it's red and the another 4 red. In the back of the coffee machine it's noise from the vibration pump. What can I do for? Thanks.

Help! Infuser stuck down, so I can't close the door with the tray in. If I remove the tray, and turn it on all the lights flash, and then only the full tray light stays on and the machine does not turn on. ???
Hold the cup in place without the tray. It is what I had to do. Problem fixed

brand new DeLonghi Magnifica S Smart Fully Automatic. infuser stuck from second 1 after priming. anyway to hard reset? I don't want to take this apart. option return to costco.

Why wont our brand new Delonghi Macnifica do it auto rinse when we turn it on .All the lights flash & that's it then it will turn it's self off after 2 hours of none use

How do u set water temperature?
Turn off machine, press and hold one cup. 1-4 lights on. Press two cups for choice temperature and press one cup button to exit.

I had the same problem but finally got the tray out. Giggle it and lift the tray up and pull it out.
