Great build! Running the wiring through the frame, would make it show class, awesome!
Yes.. i have do that on Ruffcycles frame..
Beautiful build 😎 Love the springer front end!
Love your attention to detail in this build. Nice job Sir, cool bike.
Thank you very much my friend!
At 4:10 you should screw each spoke nut of the same amount of turns ( 5 to begin and then 5+3+2+1, etc... ) to avoid the wheel rim to "jump" up and down wich is the most difficult in lacing a rim.
very interesting and helpful for peoplr such as me, who are not experienced working on e-bikes
Nice frame design for a retrofitted and centered Shamrock gear array powered by even a 350watt, 100km/rad ride.
This deserves a lot more likes. Challe holmes.
agree with you about these guys, as they build rolling art
As always a very clean build looks like it came out of the factory.
Alooooo... Thank you my friend!!!
I want a bike like this for you, but I'm in Iraq
Freaking awesome build. I converted a tracer Santak. All I need is a battery mount like yours . Unfortunately I have no skills!
Beautiful bike conversion. I have learned a lot from your videos. Thanks.
Thank you Tony!
@@EVCustoms Hey there EV, is that rear hub motor equipped with a coaster brake? All the rear hub conversion vids I see they are installing with derailleur setup on 1 3/4" wide mountain bike wheel. I have a nice new beach cruiser I want to put hub motor(s) on and it's wheels 2.125wide. I don't see them on Amazon... will I have to re-spoke the wheel like you did w fat wheel??? and will I have to install hand brake? TY
@@EVCustomswhere is your address located. Please help me my bike has issue and I can't fix it
That is awesome man. I want to build my own lowrider e-bike too!
beautiful, the birth of the new Indian Ebike
Great video!
This was a beautiful bicycle and you made an amazing conversion!
Everyone building bikes but no one to make one for you
Only thing I don’t like is the use of adjustable wrench on crank. That’s a recipe for rounding out nuts. Otherwise totally creative and brilliant.
Excellent, professional build!! I want one ⚡⚡
Thank you mate!
need more new builds, should have asked you guys for a build as waiting for one from a company, it's taking them 2 years for it and they saying 2023 spring time
Really beautiful bike and think you may have inspired me with a problem I have with my big 260×160×70 so thank you
Hello, I have learn a lot more about this skill and with no words thank you so so much maybe later I can do business be safe.🐺🇨🇷🇨🇷🇨🇷
Thank you mate! 👍😊
Hello dear .y friend good thing you are doing let your money 💰 turn over ,by building a ebike thanks sir
Thank you very mutch my friend..
perfect perfect perfect
Thank you my friend..
Beautiful build… more braking power needed.
Already updated,,! MAGURA Brakes on Front and rear wheels
At 12:28 you can use a 23 mm open wrench to push outside the rubber part were you place you air so that it will inflate and free the handlebar without it being destroyed.
I will try it next time.. ;)
No drive test footage makes this feel incomplete...
...too bad considering the excellent quality of the build and build video.
Unfortunately... the client was so excited with the project, he couldn't wait... so that's why i couldn't make the video with a test drive...
@@EVCustoms sometimes it happens like this...
Why did you choose to build the battery when there are batteries already built? You didn't trust the elements in the ready made batteries?
I always build my own battery packs, for sure don't trust any battery pack from internet! you don't know how many years they are in werhouse before they send it to you, you don't know the quality of the batteries, you don't know if they are balanced and most important is that you don't know how safe is the battery...
Cool looking bike, would have liked to see you riding it. thanks
Yeah.... unfortunately i could not find time to drive it... The client he waited impatiently to pick up the bike when it was ready...
This bike is almost perfect. It was very easy to assemble. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx2YFGCCEkXKgqCOH-7vlvgb4L4hg4IrXI The fit was great as well. I am 5'11" and 160 lbs with a longer torso and rather shorter legs, and 55cm is a perfect fit. Every component seems to be pretty decent and durable except the rear wheel. It was a bit lob-sided and also the freewheel component is either missing a ball bearing or under lubricated, which prevents the wheel from rotating freely. Because of that, it requires more pedaling and also climbing hills a lot harder than expected. Other than the back wheel, I like everything else about it. Affordable and well-built.** UPDATE **It turns out the sound was caused by the tight chain tension. Once I loosen it up by moving the backwheel a tad bit closer to the crankset, the sound went away.
so badass!
Силовые провода слишком большого сечения. И красный тумблер на батарее излишне мощный. А так - отлично. Осталась только выкрасить и выбросить
What is the capacity of a lithium cell used. why didn't you use temperature sensors on charging cells to help the charge controller, it's advisable to cover the drive chain and lubricated it with grease to last longer. cabling can be drawn through the tubing if you considered more. you should have end this video with a test ride too. good luck with your future carrier ☘
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
Of course screwing each spoke nut of the same amout of turns takes some time but it's a gain comparing to the time of truing the entire wheel rim by acting on ALL the spokes nuts. To simplify ou can eventually screw every spoke nut at the limit to see the threads disapearing into the nuts to begin the procedure and then +3+2+1, etc... This won't give you a perfect wheel but at the globality you will "just" have to act on 3 or 4 spokes only to correct each lateral movements and also I have to say that the final bike if very gooooooooood.
No screwing each spoke nut of the same amount of turns doesn't make it true. It is the tension that make it true not the amount of turns. You can have one extremely tight to screw with low tension and another one easy to screw with high tension. You need a tensioner tester and set them all with the same tension.
@@electricbikeretrovintage : Yes but as I explained "This won't give you a perfect wheel but at the GLOBALITY ...."
This method will avoid the "jump effect" up and down that oblige you to act on each of the 36, 32, 20 or other total quantity of the spokes.
If your rim is new and perfect then you will have to finalize the truing by acting on 3 or 4 spokes to eliminate the lateral setting.
@@electricbikeretrovintage : In addition, with a spoke tensioner you can be well tensioned but with an incorrect length.
@@philippejoseph8604 I understand. Your method is a lazy one. You want to avoid act on each one. I set every spoke one by one with the tension testing tool. My bike has 3 motor and 3 sometimes 4 battery and 165lbs. There is a clic noise that appear sometimes so I have to retruing the front wheel frequently because of the work load put on it.
@@philippejoseph8604 I don't think so. I am a guitar player. Tuning a guitar it's the same principle.
22:26 the way the white figure outside of the window moves, doesn't look natural...
where do i get that bike frame?
TSP Cycle Farm
Nice I was wondering what u did with those fat hims you made
What you mean?
really nice bike ! what's the name of that frame
Yeah... i don't know the name of the frame,, but i know that is Italian style chopper..
You should wire the front hub so it's in permanent regeneration mode and never a motor.
Hey presto constantly recharging when in motion. Wanted to try it for years!
See how far you can go without plugging it in??
it doesn't work that way, the bike would consume more power than it would be able to regenerate meaning lower speed, acceleration and less range
Cool cool cool!!!
Hermosa, creativa, sin embargo no la usaría para andar en la calle. creo que es impráctica
Show dms mano parabéns
Very nice job 👍
Great build, what length spokes did you use for the wheel?
how many kilometer the battery need to refuel again. thanks
The bike body design is very attractive. Where can I get a bike body?
люди подскажите где он такую вилку взял?
Great video. What type of spot welder do you use please and what is the BMS type in the batter pack?
TOP !!!!
My spokes on my bike came off I wish you could reinstall mines
Hello, very nice build, have you had any problems with the strength of the dropouts of that frame? Thank you...
No... dropouts was perfect for rear 1500w motor
Hello my friend, can I install EVE 280AH 3.2V LİFEPO4 batteries to my electric bike
Nice work im looling into doing low rider or a cruiser can you tell me if you build wheels for customers and do you supply the electric hub wheel in a kit that can be bought and could you tell me where i can buy a custom bike from for a good price or some company that sells low riders and cruisers that are reasonabley priced.
Добрый получился электровелосипед ! А сам чоппер кто делал, не нашёл в видосах?
Looks mad AF, great work, have you got a link where can get a frame the same or similar
What type of wood did u use for battery/controller mount?
Y si se quema el fusible hay que desarmar media bici
Looks heavy doubt the battery lasted more than 40minutes id say top speed 18-20mph looks good just heavy bike
Hi, could you make a video about replacing ball bearings on the inside of a hub motor?
Hello friend.... i have it already..
@@EVCustoms i found it thanks :)
the battery is pretty small for a 1000w motor..
很美
niceeeee
❤❤❤
Hey is the bike for sale?
Let me know if the bike is up for sale thanks?
Are you selling any of these models , these are the bomb Brother you know you’re shit!😎👀✌️👍
No.. unfortunately this conversion made only for one person (client) ;) thank you mate!
En prese o nabtes las visis tunig
You did not test drive.
once again great work.
i have a question I have a Voilamart hub motor 1500w 48volt, i have upped the battery to 72 volts which controller shoiuld i use.
Hi... 72V 35-40A controller is good option for performance...
@@EVCustoms would you recommend a brand . I get all confused on aliexpress
;) :) on Ali everything is Chinese no name brands.. but is not mean that is poor quality there... so don't worry about it.
@@EVCustoms where do you buy your controls, i am in Australia. But the world is only a click away.
I was also thinking of installing a front wheel motor same sizes as the rear motor 1500w.
Can it be done and run in all from one throttle.
No test drive?!
Unfortunately this project finished on first lockdown...
Can I buy this chassis?
Yes.. from Italy..
where can i find this 1000w brushless hub?
Alibaba.
I dont even have a table to work on.So I buy from 🇨🇳

Another build video that doesn't show the object in use once completed.

Эфектно, но не эфективно.
Не жиснеспособная модель.

А куда брызговики вешать?
В общем настоящее исхуйство.

Great job, mate ... but ur soldering sucks.
Рукожоп провода надо прятать в раму.

lol bike
como puedo acquirir una bicicleta asi o el costo usted vende
Why do you not show the mounting of the rear wheel?
If the controllers has low/hi brake whats the point of still having a rear disk ?
The rear disc acts as a failsafe if something were to ever go wrong with the controller. Better to be safe than sorry.
The motors can't hold the bike stopped, can only slow it down.
Badass built! Very nice file! το χεις πραγματικά!
How much do you charge to make something like this?
Job + e-bike kit + extra custom builds with 2 years warranty on electronics... about 1600euros
Your handlebar isn't clamped down correctly.
Nice build it looks like a Lincoln continental bike built
;) ;)
is that a 20Ah battery?
The best!
God bless you man you have golden hand✋.. awesome..
Thank you!
37:48 absolutely beautiful. wow...
