  • We built a huge wildlife pond ecosystem transformation in an empty farmers' field. 11 months later we return to show the massive reveal of how this amazing pond looks now compared to how it was when we first started.
We used a huge one-piece pond liner to waterproof the pond. Additionally, we also installed an island for the local ducks and a small boat jetty/seating area to gain access to the island or to sit and watch the amazing sunsets.

That is beautiful but i dread to think what that liner alone cost. But if you can afford it, why not.

hello here is a question as you know liner makers have seams on their liners to cut costs down is this an issue when installing tank connectors ? some times a seam is in a place you dont want it to be can this be worked around with. many thanks

We have a pond in our field, that is also on a flood plane.. occasionally the pond disappears and when it reappears its full of muddy water, the gf cleans her pump filter almost every 2 days. Is there a way to make it either not need a pump or is there a pump that wouldn't need cleaning so often. It's only a small pond maybe 2m x 2m x 1m.. great job on your wildlife lake!

Hey chap my Koi are flicking like mad, water parameters are fine, my microscope skills aren’t great, is there a “general” treatment you’d recommend that covers multiple parasite eradication?

NICE ..When are you going to make the video about the pond prisons/art installation

my quistion does not really match the video but here it is: lots of people say its better te shut of the pump on the bottom drain because this would mix the warmer water at the bottom ith the colder water on the surface, is this true?
or could you leave al youre pumps on (bottom drain and skimmer) so the chance of freezing is low?
