Based on this, I just made a macro in fusion to do the same thing. Works fine and it didn't take long at all, though I will do some tweaking to add additional features. Doing is the best way to learn.

BTW, FWIW, I ♥the red circle, I ♥the zoom-in, but I'm not a fan of the UI/bkgd disappearing when you highlight a feature. Merely a small nit and likely a very isolated viewpoint. Thank you for your Resolve videos.

At present I am using Windows magnifier. It is also coo, because I can just magnify the part and do not need to edit for this.
That works too! I'm on mac and I've been using Screenflow forever. It works good for me. 😜

I’m not aware of any tools for windows, but I’m sure they are out there. I just never use a PC so I don’t know what’s available.

Screenflow is way better than OBS in my opinion. OBS is clunky.
