    Awesome and thorough video, Mike! Amazing job on the Impala. For anyone wondering, the pricing for Armour PRO once you gain access is $119.99 for the 30ml Kit. Keep in mind, you don't need to be a business to be approved to apply the PRO coating, you just need to have some prior coating experience and demonstrate knowledge of how to install them during the vetting phone call with DJ. Happy to answer any more questions here in the comments!

      Thanks. I’ve enjoyed this coating and I’m glad I applied to be authorized for pro. I am sure Quartz is just as good. I like that all the coatings are slick as well. Like all I’m a sucker for slickness.
      The maintenance products are equally good and I have not enjoyed using all of them so far.
      I would definitely recommend others to try the products and encourage them to try everything. I appreciate the trust as well from you and DJ. That says a lot. Appreciate you both. As I stated on IG I sense big things from the brand and I look forward to the future of the brand.

      Definitely need to get with you guys to try this coating out. Been looking for a different coating option that’s quality and doesn’t have the outrageous lab claims on durability

      Armour Quartz is a very good coating. It gets my recommendation. Looks great on any color. Armour Pro has been great and one has to be certified to purchase it.

    Hey mike another great video, i have a question for you? i have diy detail 5 year, ADS pro, nasiol rs53, and some no hype 3 year coating which would you recommend for my own vehicle being a black audi sq5. Any help would be great. Cheers Clint

    • @MikeGDetailing

      @@clints8888 ADS Pro would get my vote. Not as easy to apply but worth it. Be sure to have multiple applicators on hand to cycle through them. It’s a great coating.
      If you meant ZR53 that one has a very nice application and is slick. Think of the application process like Crystal Serum Light or Mohs Evo.
      I can only speak to the application of DIY 5 year and it’s very user friendly. I can’t comment on longevity as the owner who came by for a coating application never reached out to me.

      Don't know if it is better than Mohs Evo yet as this is my first time using Armour Pro coating. Time will tell.

      I might in the future. I have settled on the Dr. Beasley’s primer polishes and it’s going to take a lot to pull me away from them.

    How does this compare to the new Mohs EVO?

    • @MikeGDetailing
      @MikeGDetailing  Год назад

      Long term we shall see. But the short term is this has more solids in it just by the fact that it crystallized the applicator within 30 mins. It is slicker than Mohs Evo. Hydrophobic behavior is top notch with this one as well. I would give the edge to this over Mohs. But Armour Pro is a professional grade coating.

      @@MikeGDetailing Any update on this? Did you happen to put the regular ADS Quartz on any cars? Was wondering how it'd compare to Mohs Evo being in a similar price range.

    Mike looks interesting. I’m on autopia as William_Wallace you helped me a lot through the years. I’m looking to by a carpro essence primer polish. You probably have a few to get rid off. Let me purchase some off your and put cash towards your RUclips channel!

    • @MikeGDetailing
      @MikeGDetailing  Год назад +1

      Hey man I have not seen you post in some time on here or on Autopia. Well the good news is yes I have primer polishes but no longer any bottles of Essence or Gyeon Primer as I transitioned over to Dr. Beasley's primer polishes as my main polishes before a coating. They are just the way to go for me with no need for a panel wipe.
      I never invested in the large bottles of Essence or Gyeon. Just the small bottles.

      @@MikeGDetailing Man, I have a half dozen tubes of Dr Beasley’s and keep grabbing Xtreme Solutions LVR 403 or 404, as they are buttery smooth to wipe off after polishing a panel.
      We’ve talked about how good NSP and the others are, but I still find them a b*tch to wipe off.

    • @MikeGDetailing
      @MikeGDetailing  Год назад +1

      @@craig.encinitas once I learned to break down the NSP’s I have no issues wiping them off. I have heard people having premature coating failure with those xtreme solutions products.
