Great demo! I’ve been using Amplify with my weekly wash on a ceramic coated car. Is there a point at which you recommend a high ph wash to remove old layers of Amplify? I love the look, but want to avoid affecting the coating characteristics over periods of extended use. Thanks.
I noticed Adapt seems slightly more hydrophobic and sheets faster than Amplify for me. Amplify is super slick though. I’d say it’s a better version of Gyeon Ceramic Detailer; and I like that product.
Good question. I have not used all of the DIY Detail product such as ceramic gloss or quick beads yet. But I like what I have used from DIY. Yvan did send me their new coatings and I will have sort of an unboxing video up later this week and an idea that I have to test them. The other thing is DIY is the more complete line from interior to exterior. I will say I like that hat I have used from Armour. They are onto something and I have a gut feeling they are going to blow up.
Slickness is comparable. Both are easy on and off. I have not tested armour detail spray as a drying aid. But Ech2o is just so good even till you his day as it is my goto drying aid of choice.
Have you tried Wowo's detail spray when it was being sold here in the US? I am wondering if that reminds you of that stuff, because that was my favorite product because of the smell, the slickness and how easy it was to buff away. I think I want to try this Amplify stuff.
I have not used that wowo's product so I can not comment on how it compares. But amplify is easy to use, smells good and is slick. If you try some use code THANKYOU10 to save 10% off your order from Armour Detail Supply.
@@Ecdetails enjoy them. Adapt works good for interior wipedowns. Tire+ will give the dark tire look. The ceramic spray sealant has good hydrophobics and is pretty slick. Did well with the rain here.
Awesome video, Mike! Sorry for the "unprofessional" bottles, but happy you were able to give the product a test run!
Thanks. Not a problem. It’s all about what’s inside that counts. Interesting that it can be used as a spray and rinse.

@@SlowGTS Amplify doesnt build layers as their website states that's why it can be used every wash if you want and it will adhere properly.

Been lovin these products!!!!
Based on your initial usage, have you got an opinion on whether you prefer DIY's or Armour Detail Supply's product lines?

@@MikeGDetailing so I guess gloss is comparable as well? Since I took your advice with echo everyone asks me what I use on my car 😁
@@kavionebrown4615 yeah comparable. I say keep using Ech2o. I still use that more than anything.
How does it compare as a quick detailer to echo ??

Awesome, Appreciate it.
Any dust issues with this vs Ech2o or Dream Maker? Looking for a drying aid that leaves little to no protection behind. Also considering Absolute.
Missed your question. I will have to check the next time I use Amplify. It is very slick. Comparable to Ech2o. Dream Maker is not slick.
Im an enthusiast with coating experience. Can i get the pro coating ?
Fill out the application and DJ will reach out to you armourdetailsupply.com/pages/pro-approval
